Wow! Where to begin! First off, Hannah was AMAZING to work with. So kind and professional and she had great suggestions. She was also so flexible about things that we wanted to add or change! We enjoyed working with her immensely! The venue is so beautiful! Even though it rained and we had to change the ceremony to be indoors, the room was stunning and intimate, and the couple still was able to get some cute pictures outdoors under the umbrella. The scenery is so stunning and you get amazing views with all of the glass in the reception “solarium.”
The food was incredible! Everyone commented on how delicious it was. The prosciutto Mac and cheese cups are next level! The stuffed date appetizers, vegetable pot stickers and mushrooms tarts got rave reviews, as well as the pear and Brie stuffed chicken and the brisket! Simply outstanding! Delicious vegan options as well.
The linen and tableware choices are extensive so you can perfectly customize your dream vision.
Another great perk is that you can bring in your own alcohol and beverages , which is so much more economical! The Beverly staff was so wonderful to work with, and made our signature cocktails perfectly. We also brought our own desserts as the groom’s family has a tradition of relatives making their specialty sweets to bring to weddings so Hannah helped us create a lovely dessert table. The entire catering staff was friendly, professional and very attentive.
The bridal and groom suites were perfect as well with lots of room for the wedding party.
I also want to mention that the acoustics were great. No distortion or over- amped sound, and plenty of room on the dance floor.
The entire venue is enchanting and the bride and groom had huge smiles on their faces from start to finish! Just perfect! I’d do it all over again in a minute!

The Beverly mansion is a photographers dream venue to be booked at!!! The grounds are stunning, indoor and out. The inside of the mansion is like an art museum, each different room is decorated so intricately and with so much character. This venue also has the most beautiful outdoor scenery year round. Every time I return here I see something new that I love. They also have the kindest owners and staff. I highly recommend booking the beverly mansion for your photoshoots, parties, weddings, and literally any event you are planning for your life, it’s that good! 

The Beverly Mansion is truly stunning. My bridal shower was hosted there and it was perfect from start to finish. The space was so beautiful and perfectly set up for my special day. Nick and faith went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and every detail was perfect. Thank you for helping create such a joyful, memorable day - one I’ll cherish forever. My daughter did NOT want a barn/ industrial space/ hotel conference space for her wedding. We were so happy with the Beverly!! The staff was so easy to work with before hand. But the day of was so easy! We had wonderful “ getting ready “ rooms with great photo ops with all the rooms. The flower girls could play, nana could rest a bit and the “ boys room” was fun for every guy in the wedding party. The staff was attentive, food was good and it was enjoyable for everyone. We are still getting compliments on the Beverly weeks later. A special thank you to Hannah for all her help 💕💕💕

The Beverly Mansion was so perfect for everything we wanted for our wedding. The mansion itself is stunning and unique with its late 1800s character. The property it sits on is so enchanting with trees and flowers, a nice pond with a picturesque bridge. I will say the only two disappointing things were 1. The bartenders provided by the catering company were extremely inexperienced and made terrible drinks. 2. Up until the day of we had Hannah as our coordinator and she was amazing! But she had a family emergency and the day of we got stuck with this older extremely rude older lady that was saying inappropriate things to my sisters and our wedding party. Besides those hiccups, the day was amazing. Metro cuisine food was amazing. They were very accommodating from the start and easy to work with. I would recommend 100%

A beautiful venue that has amazing indoor and outdoor options so weather doesn't matter. Gorgeous old Hollywood meets English country estate vibe. Very responsive and timely with communication. They helped guide the couple in decision making and made the planning as stress free as possible. Fair price for the rental of the space. Provides all the space you need including bridal suite, grooms area, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception space. Included tables ,chairs, and amazing backdrops for pictures throughout the venue

We were blessed to have our outdoor wedding ceremony at The Beverly Mansion on May 24, 2020 surrounded by many friends and family, while appropriately social distancing and following Ohio health orders. Though our wedding planning included many unexpected changes due to COVID-19 our experience at The Beverly Mansion and working with the owner Tim Israel was phenomenal. We would highly recommend The Beverly Mansion for any couple looking for an incredibly beautiful venue to celebrate both their wedding ceremony and reception. We looked at a variety of venues but were drawn to the mansion setting, with flexibility for outdoor and indoor options. As a result we looked at multiple mansions and venues around Columbus, Bexley, and Granville. After visiting The Beverly Mansion it was clear that it was superior to all the other venues and met our needs in so many different aspects! The value, grounds, management, and experience that The Beverly Mansion have to offer clearly separate it apart from others.

The Grounds:

The grounds of The Beverly Mansion are beautiful throughout the year, and pictures do not do it justice. We highly recommend visiting in person, as it’s beauty is so evident in person. We visited in late summer, early spring, and again in late spring and were amazed at the constant beauty in each season. Everything is very well kept and the combination of the beautiful large trees, large pond ( with a bridge arching over it!), and the green landscape provides a true mansion feel to the venue. In addition to the beautiful landscape, the grounds include very functional wedding space. There is an oversized brick patio in the back that can seat up to 250 guests creating a lovely outdoor wedding setting with the water and trees in the backdrop. Due to the large amount of space we were able to seat 120 guests comfortably in the backyard, while appropriately spacing families 6 feet apart and following all Ohio health orders for our wedding ceremony. Additionally there is a large glass tent on the grounds that can comfortably sit hundreds of people. This space would be ideal for a wedding reception, as there is plenty of room for tables and it provides a very romantic lighting glow. The glass tent is also a very beautiful indoor ceremony location for couples who are not as comfortable planning an outdoor wedding ceremony. Finally the mansion itself provides a stunning setting for a smaller gathering of around 100 guests. The rooms are gorgeous and each hold the character and charm of the mansion while being equipped with modern amenities such as AC for comfort. The main chandelier and massive window are breathtaking! The mansion is also equipped with a beautiful kitchen and has plenty of additional space for caterers to store and prepare food. One of the biggest advantages that The Beverly Mansion provides over other mansions and venues is that when you book your wedding you will be the only ones using the space for the day. Thus, you have the flexibility to use the mansion, glass tent, patio, and grounds without worrying about sharing with any other wedding or guests. With all this being said The Beverly Mansion is also a very reasonable price and the best value compared to other mansions and venues (more on that later)!

The Management:

Though the grounds are spectacular and a large reason for why we booked our wedding with The Beverly Mansion, the management and communication with owner Tim Israel was icing on the cake. Tim and his staff went above and beyond to work with us through the entire process as we worked together to create a plan and wedding that kept guests safe, followed Ohio orders, yet still kept in track our priorities to make our wedding day memorable. Throughout our 9 month engagement Tim answered all our questions and made time to meet up and work through plans together. This was very important to us, as we have seen and heard many wedding venues owned by corporations or poor management, that have left guests feeling lost. In addition to Tim’s professional and timely communication he provides incredible insight into the wedding process. His connection and ownership of Metro Cuisine Catering in Columbus is a huge asset to booking The Beverly Mansion, as he has the experience and resources to assist in creating a beautiful wedding day (So many discounted linen choices!). In addition to meeting all our expectations Tim and the staff went above and beyond what we had envisioned to keep the guests safe while making our wedding day special, and we can assure that they will do the same for any other couple that books the venue. Another benefit Tim and the staff provide is their vision for future The Beverly Mansion. In the short time of our engagement the glass tent was updated, rooms were beautifully refurbished, and the kitchen and catering area was expanded! Under Tim’s management The Beverly Mansion is only getting better and it is so refreshing to receive more than you expect with a venue than unexpected negative surprises!


The Wedding Day Experience

As a bride and groom we could not have drawn up a more romantic place to get ready and hold our wedding ceremony. The bridal suite is stunning and provides the appropriate amenities for any bride to feel like a princess. The bridal suite also provides plenty of space (and mirrors) for bridesmaids to get ready and share in the moment with the bride. In addition to the bridal suite the guys dressing room in the upstairs of the mansion is an amazing environment. There are multiple rooms upstairs for the groom, groomsmen, and family to get ready and relax, and did I mention there’s a gameroom as well that is incredibly handy when trying to let out wedding nerves. In addition to the grooms quarters and bridal suite, there are additional rooms that are perfect for storing items and very convenient for family to get ready, or vendors to store equipment. Our wedding party and close family were thrilled with the mansion and many mentioned that it was the most beautiful and relaxing wedding preparation area they had experienced. As for guests The Beverly Mansion is a striking venue that will definitely leave an impression on guests. We received so many compliments from guests on the beauty, charm, and comfort of the venue. Tim and the staff's thoughtfulness and preparation provide such a positive experience for any bride, groom, bridal party, family, and guest.

Overall we cannot recommend The Beverly Mansion enough, and would encourage any couple to take the time to view it in person and talk with Tim to create their dream wedding. The value is incredible for what you get, as it was more inexpensive than any of the other mansions we visited. Even as the price rises, as more amenities are added, The Beverly Mansion will be an exceptional value as it provides amenities equivalent to the pricey venues with better service and communication. We are so blessed to have been joined together in marriage in such a beautiful and relaxing environment and hope others can experience that as well!

Just had my wedding here beautiful venue! Mary was amazing to work with! Very good price for the venue was not just a wedding hall was an experience for my guest. Would highly recommend this to anybody who would want to have a once-in-a-lifetime wedding experience. Beautiful picture opportunities.

It was an absolute joy to have celebrated my sister and new brother-in-law's wedding and reception at the Beverly! From our very first visit, we were welcomed like family. Everyone was so friendly, the mansion is a work of vintage art, and the 40 acres of grounds are spectacular. Not only is this venue a very easy drive from Columbus, it is one of the most unique, special locations I have ever seen.

The ceremony was held under a majestic, old oak tree and looked like something out of a fairytale. We had about 90 guests and the enclosed porch/atrium area held our tables for a sit-down dinner perfectly. The vaulted ceiling in the ballroom, with stunning chandelier and original hardwood floors made for a perfect bar area and dance floor. Mary, the owner of the Beverly, was there to take care of us throughout the day and Jennie, who had been my go-to throughout the planning stages, was there to help keep things going smoothly throughout the evening. Jennie is a treasure! She was there, letting me text her anytime, and always quick to provide answers and guidance. I have worked with many vendors over the years, but working with the folks at the Beverly was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Once you visit, you will see what I mean. Every event is special to them; every need catered to. What's more, it is a BYOB venue, so you can save some money there and it allows you to bring in your own caterer. When it comes to decor, because the venue is so stunning, you can go as big or as small as you like: everything will look amazing! I simply cannot recommend the Beverly Mansion highly enough! It's a treasure of a venue in central Ohio!
