Isa and her team were absolutely incredible:) We are located in Canada and therefore had to plan everything over video calls and WhatsApp but always felt like we were connected to Isa's team for everything we needed. And even though we weren't able to be there in person for the steps of the planning process Isa always did everything she could to give us all the information we needed to make our decisions. Once we got to Mexico for the wedding everything was wonderfully taken care of and the wedding day went amazingly. My husband and I were so happy with the attention to detail and focus on our enjoyment and our guests enjoyment of the day! I can't even begin to describe how amazing Isa and her team are. We got married on 4/29/23 at the Quinta Real. When I started this journey nine months prior, I didn't know exactly what I wanted but she helped me develop the vision for our wedding over time and keep me on track to hit major milestones. We came up with my dream wedding together. She went above and beyond to work with my in-laws. Her network of vendors were such high quality. When I wasn't sure on a decision on tables or flowers or had to make last minute changes, she was extremely accommodating and had excellent advice and taste. On top of all the amazing planning, she and her team completely knocked it out of the park on day of coordination. Once she had the team on the ground, everyone was completely on top of the schedule. Her team was so in tune with when I was overwhelmed or exhausted and responded so graciously and calmly to hiccups. They pulled me aside to show just my husband and me the final reception hall, and I basically cried at the beauty of our wedding and how much it felt perfect to us. I keep telling my friends to get married in Oaxaca so we can work with her again!

Isa & her team are incredible! From start to finish our wedding in Oaxaca was beautiful and extremely organized, all thanks to Isa! My husband and I had never been to Oaxaca before our wedding and it exceeded expectations. Isa was there to answer ALL of my questions and anything extra I added last minute was executed. She was not only there for our wedding but anything else we wanted that week. I would 100% reccomend her!

Isabel and team provided wonderful and personal service to me and my husband. We live in New York City and were able to plan our dream wedding in Oaxaca City from a distance. We felt informed and supported. We were already familiar with Oaxaca City so that did help but we can definitely recommend Isabel and her company as they were so pleasant and easy to work with. I’m typically a control freak but I was able to let go and trust Isabel & team to enact the vision we came up with together. She has connections and personal relationships with the local vendors and they all came through and went above and beyond for us.

When the wedding weekend ended I told Isabel that I will miss getting messages from her every day LOL :)

I hired "The Planner Isa" on the recommendation of a friend who knew her personally. It was important to me to have someone trustworthy and professional to do the planning for us since We are physicians with no time living in Mexico City and wanted the wedding to be in my hometown Oaxaca because of its magnificent traditions. She and her entire team were attentive at all times and answered all our questions. She even adapted our digital meetings to our tight schedules. The entire event was spectacular and my national and international guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended. It was the best and most fun day of our lifes.

Isa is the absolute best from day one through the wedding day. She 100% understands the vision you have and puts you in touch with the right people. Planning something where you are in another county, she made it an absolute breeze. Plus! She took us around to do tastings and look at venues when we came to Mexico City and was the absolute best company. I could not have dreamed a better person to help us plan such a meaningful day. I teared up walking into the venue. Just the best person doing more than you could ask for

Isa’s service was great at all times, specially during the wedding day where she solved a ton of small pop up details during the day. It was an amazing help solving every concern during a week prior of the event. She also was very good with the planning and getting vendors and products ready. I would recommend her very much.
