Linda & Alcina were wonderful to work with. They had numerous recommendations on how to manage our budget but also on how to make things run smoothly in terms of timing for the day/night of our wedding. The food is absolutely wonderful and we had so many compliments from our guests. The team was very organized and handled EVERYTHING (including details we weren't even aware of). We are so happy with La Cuisine and would recommend them EVERY time.

Jessica is absolutely AMAZING! I am so happy i booked with La Cuisine! She helped me out so much the day off, making sure everything was running smoothly. Jessica kept checking up on me all the time, making sure i was eating, and was happy with the food. The food was AMAZING!!!!! All of our guests kept saying how yummy the food was and that this was one of the best dinners at a wedding that they have had. I would HIGHLY recommend La Cuisine to everyone i know! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

La Cuisine is an amazing family-owned catering company. The wife, Linda runs the sales side, while her husband, Larry, is the chef. He has travelled all over the country by request of famous people, hotels, and venues to cook.

We couldn't have picked a better caterer for our wedding. Linda went above and beyond what your average caterer would do. She was like a wedding coordinator, who made sure everything for our reception was set up and ready. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and so juicy!

La Cuisine Catering, Linda, and her staff did an amazing job with my September 2012 wedding! Linda was great to work with while planning my wedding, she was very easy to get a hold of by phone, her cell, and/or email. If Linda wasn't available her staff handle my questions with no problem and Linda was always good about getting back to me in a timely fashion. Linda is a vibrant woman she made planning my wedding fun. Also Linda had great ideas and suggestions. On my wedding day everything that I choose and decided with my wedding was done, Linda made sure I had everything that I wanted and that I was happy with everything, which I was very happy (I changed my ceremony setup a day before my wedding and Linda handle the new setup I wanted with no problem). My venue looked awesome! The food was absolutely delicious, all my guests kept coming up to me commenting how great the food was. The wait staff was wonderful! Very organized, super efficient, they were very nice, and polite and they kept asking my guests and myself if we were good and if we needed anything. They also were great with making sure my new Husband and I got some apps and dessert they were waiting for us on our table throughout the night. They also handle our late guests in stride getting their food to them nice and hot. My new Husband and I were very happy with La Cuisine Catering and Linda. If we ever have an opportunity we will choose Linda and La Cuisine Catering again!

We worked with Linda at La Cuisine to cater our wedding reception. They provided the bar, passed appetizers, a plated dinner, and the cake. They also provided all the linens and did all the set up and tear down of tables and decorations.

We loved the food at our tasting, and we are happy to say the food was just as good at the wedding! We got so many compliments from our guests. The cake was also gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for, and tasted so good! Linda was great about accommodating all of our guest's food allergies, and easily adapted the meals for the dairy free and gluten free people in our family. Linda also helped me put together a surprise groom's cake, which worked our so well :).

Linda was in command on the day of the wedding, and kept everything running so smoothly. If there were any issues, they must have been resolved long before we heard about it, which is exactly what I was looking for! We couldn't be happier with their services.

We found La Cuisine catering through the preferred vendor list for our venue in Wheaton, IL. I had made inquiries to several of the vendors on that list, but I instantly knew La Cuisine would be ours after speaking with Linda. Linda and her entire staff took the time to learn about our story including who we are, where we're from, and what we were looking for in a wedding. After she gauged our budget and what was important to us in a wedding, she made valuable suggestions on how to maximize our must haves while saving a few bucks in items we deemed unimportant. We went through more than 6 revisions to our catering menu and every time Linda was prompt, courteous, and professional. We had a slight miscommunication about the start time of our ceremony and cocktail hour, that she realized a few weeks out from the wedding. Although it was inconvenient at the time, I could not imagine what it would of been like if Linda did not catch the issue ahead of time. Best part, she was straight forward with us with a sincere apologize (although it was a mutual error) and a solution at hand. La Cuisine has a expert experience, professionalism, and personal touch that I would recommend to any future weddings. Plus, the price quote and expenses she estimated on the first day we spoke more than year out from the wedding was spot on from what she charged us. Additional info for price comparison sake. We had a wedding with ~135 guests including about 20 children/under 21's. We selected middle-premium food selections, but went no thrills on napkins and place settings.

I loved working with La Cuisine. They were sensitive to our budget and extremely helpful in all the planning. Jessica even answered my calls on Sundays and was great at switching some things out for us so we could get exactly what we wanted. And the minute I walked into the reception she found a drink for me and made sure that even the unexpected need for another photographer's meal was taken care of. Loved them.

La Cuisine was a great vendor at our wedding. We worked with Jessica Schmidt. She was wonderful and I absolutely adored her. Everyone loved the food and the presentation was beautiful. They were very accommodating to all of our requests! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because of the costs that were not given to us upfront. There were a lot of upgrades that we selected that we were not aware of. I would suggest you ask if any of your selections are upcharges so you are not shocked when you receive your final bill.

Jessica is extremely nice! Very willing to work with you and your budget. Had some difficulties when it came to final pricing due to our venue and the amount of staff that were added at the end. Reason why it was given 5/5.

Overall we were very happy with La Cuisine Catering. Service day off was flawless and both Linda and Jessica were there to make sure things went smoothly and that my husband and I and our guests were happy. Linda always made herself available to us if we had any questions and was flexible with the way we wanted to do things.

The tasting was very nice and the cake we decided on was delicious (and very pretty).

I think the whole process could have been a bit more structured/organized but that may just be and my need for organization :)
