Kali is amazing!!

I just had my wedding this weekend and Kali was so helpful and went above and beyond to make my day go smoothly. She’s amazing at her job and also has a calming presence about her that really helped me relax. 10/10 recommend!

Great experience!

We had a small destination wedding in Breckenridge, Colorado. With coming out of state, I was worried about things going smoothly on our wedding day. We hired Kali for day of coordination and she truly helped with running things go smoothly which helped ease my mind. Would reccomend!

Amazing Wedding Planner!

KTR Events- Day of Coordination Services

We used KTR Events for rehearsal help and Day of Coordination. Kali was great to work with, we’re so glad we had her help! I had a lot of signs and decorations for her to set up on our wedding day, and it turned out beautifully. I had crafted mostly everything and was pretty particular about how I hoped things would be set up, and Kali delivered. I would recommend Kali/KTR Events to every bride. Her direction and assistance will help your day go smoothly without having to worry about the details, allowing you to fully enjoy your wedding day.

Above and beyond

Kali went the extra mile to ensure our day went smoothly. Even when she had to move her schedule around to accommodate our venue being inconsistent which their schedule. She was diligent about checking in with us, and gentle reminders to help keep me on track. We are so thankful for her!!

The Best Coordinator EVER!

Kali was absolutely amazing to work with. From the first time we met, she took the time to listen to our vision and create a package that met our specific needs. She was available every step of the day and helped me take my vision to reality. She was there from beginning to end on the wedding day and even afterwards! I wouldn't have made it without her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator who is down to earth, honest, and committed to making sure that your wedding is the best day ever!
