Beautiful venue, guest house, and grounds. A breeze to work with!!! With Neil and Deda's help our day was everything we imagined and more. I highly recommend them for your special events! Their Thursday Throwdown events are always a fun way to relax before the weekend as well. We will definitely keep visiting for years to come. Great shuttle option with the Heartland Inn in Coralville as well to keep costs down!

Koru is amazing! Deda was so helpful and quick at responding to any questions I had. They are flexible and willing to work with people to make sure their day is what they pictured.

We wouldn't have gotten married anywhere else! Koru is such a beautiful venue and the owners and absolutely wonderful people! During our tour it was very personable and Deda even gave us ideas on how things could be set up! Our wedding day went so smoothly. We had even wanted our ceremony at a specific tree on the property and Neil and Deda worked extra hard to make that a reality! We fell in love with the location and the people. Koru is a must see place and should be on the top of your list to tour!

My wife and I were married at Koru Berry Farm in November 2018. The venue was exactly what we envisioned and the owners were extremely accommodating to our event.

It was originally planned as an outdoor event but a cold snap came through and we needed to move everything indoors just prior to the big day. Deda and Neil worked with us on new seating arrangements and transitions so that everything ran smoothly; we could not have asked for a better day!

The decor and scenery at Koru is second to none. As artists and craftsmen Deda and Neil have built something wonderful and I hope you decide to host your wedding at their farm.

Literally cannot say enough good things about this venue. The location is great and the land is beautiful. There are so many ceremony sites to choose from each with unique beauty. The indoor space is cozy and was perfectly sized for our wedding. But what makes this venue the best is its owners. From the first time I met Deda, the owner and artist behind all of the murals and paintings onsite, I felt like she was an old friend. She was so responsive, positive, and helpful throughout the planning process. She and Neil were lifesavers the weekend of the wedding. Seriously wish I had more events I could plan at Koru just so I could keep working with them :)

Amazing duo who answers all questions no matter how strange. Will go above and beyond to make your day however you envision it! Down to earth and talented people who just want 2 things, you to be happy, and a piece of cake :D

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Deda and Neil are an amazing team and they went to great lengths to make sure that our wedding day was perfect! I couldn't ask for a better venue. The photos are breath-taking and Deda and Neil even built us a backdrop for our head table. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone for any event!

My daughter's wedding was held at this venue on 6/2/18 and I cannot think of one negative thing to say about this venue! The owners (Neal and Deda) are amazingly talented and easy to work with. They set up the event space and tore it down, we wanted a pallet wall behind the head table and they built it for us. They bent over backwards to make sure my daughter's special day was everything she dreamt of! We were able to come into the venue on Thursday (for a Saturday evening wedding) and start setting up at no additional fee! Unheard of! The inside of the venue has an industrial/rustic vibe. Outside the scenery is breathtaking, between the berry farm and a waterfall surrounded by a living wall. We left the wedding feeling that Neal and Deda were more like family than just the owners of a venue we rented. This place is going to book up quickly! I would highly recommend it!
