Knotty Tie company went far above and beyond simply sending my fiance and I a tie. We were struggling to find the absolute perfect tie for our big day and found the most darling tie and pocket square that my new husband wore when we were at the alter.

Here is where Knotty went above and beyond. We had left tie shopping to the last minute and ordered the tie the week before the wedding. I was getting married on Saturday and the tie was suppose to be delivered on the Wednesday before. I forgot to put our apartment number, so the entire package was actually sent back. I sent Knotty a desperate Facebook message that night to see what we could do. Thursday morning I received a call from Knotty customer service saying that they were having a new tie MADE that morning and overnighted so that we would have it for Saturday. Sure enough, the tie arrived just in time, the quality was outstanding, and my fiance was head over heels to have the perfect tie to complete his look that day. The tie became the centerpiece story of the day because everyone complimented it! Knotty really came through.

My husband and I worked with Knotty Tie Co. to create custom ties for our 09.29.18 wedding. Our colors were maroon and navy, so I assumed that it would be easy to find ties with simple, geometric designs in these common colors. I was wrong. I couldn't find anything that I loved. I was excited to stumble upon Knotty Tie Co., and we decided to use the ties as gifts for our groomsmen and my father. After working back and forth on proofs, we decided on a plaid option for my husband and a dotted option for the others -- 10 total ties. We received the ties about six weeks later, and I was so pleased with the quality. The ties even come in cute, individual boxes! We added a bow to each, and they were ready to gift. If you're looking for a special accessory for your FH and his guys, this is it!

The design process was simple, communication about order completion and shipping was prompt, and they arrived in wonderful condition well ahead of schedule for the wedding day! The packaging was cute and fun for us to hand out, and the colors really did match up well with the dark green Azazie bridesmaid dresses we chose.

The ties turned out really well, great material! The ordering process was so easy and the customer service team was awesome when I goofed up and incorrectly counted my groomsman. All the guys looked dapper on the day of the wedding and the dads looked great in their ties too! Will definitely be a return customer.

Absolutely loved working with Dayna on designing custom fabric for our wedding. We had some matching ties made as well as some other fabric that was used for a welcome gift for some guests! So fun & I absolutely love the mission / vision of this company.

One of the more challenging tasks of planning a wedding ( in my opinion) was trying to find nice ties for the men (groom, groomsmen, ring bearer) ! I ordered a grooms tie, 4 groomsmen ties, 1 groomsmen bow tie, a tie for the father of the bride and groom and the ring bearer, and a couple pocket squares. They worked with me to create the design, I went threw several iterations including asking for different colors for different members of the bridal party. The groomsmen got compliments on their ties, the price was reasonable for an American made tie which was completely customized. Great value !
