I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I'm going to be honest and fair with this one. I hired Knightriders to transport me and my groomsmen from our hotel to our wedding venue, and overall I do not feel like I got my full money's worth out of the service that was provided.

I'll start with the positives:
Knightriders was able to accommodate me and my groomsmen on short notice. I only booked with them about 3 days before I needed them. Our limo driver showed up at our hotel about 15-20 minutes early, was professional, and got us all to our destination safely and on time.

The negatives:
When I booked with them, I told them that there were 9 people in our group, including me, and that each of us was going to be traveling with tuxes and bags that we would be bringing along with us. I was told that the limo that they had available would be able to accommodate us and our luggage. This was not the case. There was a spare tire in the trunk which left no room for our belongings, so we needed to lay our tuxes on the back seat and hold our bags. This resulted in there not being enough room for us all to sit comfortably and two of my groomsmen had to sit on the floor. Those of us who had seats were very cramped. I was also disappointed to find that there were used cups and a lot of mess left in the limo from a previous group. When I'm spending over $500 for a one-way limo ride, I expect that vehicle to at least be clean.

Knightriders did deliver on the most important thing and got us to our destination on time, but I do not feel like I received the full value of what I paid for. I would not use their services again.
