Amenities include a warming kitchen, fully stocked bar with a variety of premium spirits and three beers on tap, three sets of bathrooms, bride's dressing room, outdoor patio, and park with arbor and center isle.

Rectangular tables, round tables, chairs, bartending services, and janitorial services are included in the price.
