Mike suggested we didn't need to order such a large tent -- he was 100% correct AND saved us money! Additionally he had great suggestions about windows and walls in the tent. It was the perfect temperature and well lit! They were transparent about pricing and billing and even sent us reminders (thank you Sue!) The team that set up did a beautiful job. We could not be happier. Would absolutely suggest them to ANYONE looking for rentals. Professional, very affordable, excellent communication, flexible with scheduling and great products. Mike was extremely helpful with the selection of the items we needed for the wedding reception for our daughter. He worked with us to get our order finalized and delivery of our items was on time. It was great working with Kitsap Event Rentals and we would definitely use them again.

We had an emergency a week before the wedding- making us need to rent chairs ASAP- and have them delivered etc. They were SO accommodating. GREAT price- so professional when they arrived at the venue. Response to my emails/ phone calls were quick.

It was very easy for us to book with Kitsap Event Rentals and they were able to communicate directly with our venue (just another thing I didn't have to deal with, thank goodness!). When we arrived for our rehearsal, table and tens were all set up and ready for us. They picked everything up after our event -- it was all very easy! I rented a dance floor for my backyard summer wedding. Booking the rental was easy. The staff were very friendly and professional on the phone. They were flexible with holding the rental for us without money down even though our schedules hadn't matched up for them to take a look at the space to make sure the floor would fit in our space. A guy came out and assessed the backyard and found a suitable place for the floor. They delivered and picked up as stated in the agreement. The only reason I subtracted a star from quality and value is that the floor was pretty pricey and a little beat up. Overall I was happy with the service and would recommend them to family and friends and would do business with them again. Great company!

This vendor should say Kitsap Event Rentals* instead of "Eventl."

Anyway, my Mom mostly took care of dealing with this vendor for me. They were great, my Mom said they were really nice. And they were really understanding when it took us a little longer to get them the deposit than we had planned on. It was super easy to just have them come set up the tent and drop off the tables and chairs. I will say, though, the stuff wasn't quite the quality I was expecting from the pictures. The white wooden chairs were really beat up, and that was probably the thing that stood out the most to me. It wasn't a huge deal, we had cute chair sashes, and no one is really going to notice. I just think that their stuff is a touch overpriced, but in the end I'd say we were happy with our experience.

Kitsap Event Rentals were great to work with and really friendly. They even drove all the way out to our house on a Sunday for a free consulation. They were extremely flexible and helped us prepare a rental package that worked with our budget. They set up and tore down the rental equipment for us and were very punctual. We would highly recommend Kitsap Event Rentals.
