King’s Creek Golf Club would like to welcome you and your guests to our beautiful Arnold Palmer Designed Golf Course, a perfect setting for your private event. Whether it is as simple as a 15 person company meeting or as elaborate as a wedding reception with a guest list of a hundred, we are dedicated to providing the best food, service and ambience possible to everyone in attendance. The following guidelines have been created to ensure this experience and should answer almost any question you have. The banquet menus provide a variety of food options that are perfect for any function. If there will be children in attendance, we can provide appropriate menus on request. Everything will be planned in advance so that the host and/or hostess may relax and have a great time along with their guests. We all look forward to making certain your next private function at King’s Creek Golf Club is an unforgettable one.

Tent Rental

Minimum two hour rental: $100

Four hour rental: $300

Each additional hour (over four hours): $100

• Rental of the tent includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, serving staff, set-up and clean-up of event.

• King’s Creek will provide white linen tablecloths for the event. Any special ordered colored tablecloths, toppers, or napkins will be subject to an additional charge.

• Members of King’s Creek Golf Club in good standing may have rental fee waived

• The Club Tent is available for private functions during these hours (which are subject to change):

Summer Hours: 7:30am – 10:00pm Winter Hours: 8:30am – 10:00pm

General Guidelines

• Guests planning functions for 15 or more persons are required to plan a set menu in advance to ensure the best quality food and service.

• All banquet details must be finalized at least two weeks prior to the event.

• The final number of persons attending the event must be guaranteed no later than one week before the event. Final charges will be based on the minimum number of guests guaranteed. If attendance exceeds the guaranteed minimum, charges will be added accordingly.

• An additional 9.25% for sales tax and 20% for service will be added to the final bill of every function.

• King’s Creek accepts credit cards, personal checks, cash and member account charges as acceptable forms of payment. These payments may be made in advance or the day of the event. All payments must be received in full at the end of the event.

• All parties must provide a deposit of at least $100 to guarantee that the date is held.

• The host/hostess is responsible for all guests attending a function. King’s Creek reserves the right to deny service to any guest who is disruptive or appears to be intoxicated.

Other Policies

• Any decorations, floral arrangements, gifts or other guest property must be removed immediately following the event. King’s Creek is not responsible for any items left at the Club for over 24 hours after the event.

• The Club is not responsible for any gifts left unattended during the event.

• Decorations for any function must be approved through the Director of Food & Beverage. They are the responsibility of the host/hostess, and at no time may any decorations be affixed to Club property. This includes the use of tape, wire, nails, thumbtacks, staples, etc. Appropriate fees will be charged if any damage to Club property occurs.

• Potpourri, rose petals or bubbles may be used following a wedding reception. These items must be handed out and used outside of the Clubhouse only. Birdseed, rice, confetti and sparklers are all prohibited.

• Confetti cannot be used for any table decorations.

Food and Beverage Policies

• If the host chooses to offer food selections that require temperature specifications (i.e. steak, lamb) all entrees will be cooked to the same temperature.

• Sufficient food quantities cannot be guaranteed for extra guests totaling 5% more than the previously set minimum attending.

• A minimum of 15 people is required to have a lunch or dinner buffet. This does not include children’s buffets.

• Food quality cannot be guaranteed for delays over 30 minutes past the agreed upon serve time of the function.

• All buffet & hors d’oeuvre reception foods are guaranteed for two hours and begin upon arrival of first guests/starting time of the event. Again, due to health codes and for quality assurance purposes, NO food will be guaranteed past two hours.

• All food stations requiring an attendant (i.e. carving stations, gourmet pasta stations) will incur a $75 attendant fee.

• King’s Creek Golf Club cannot be responsible for food that has left the premises. Therefore, no leftover food may be removed from the Club.

• No food or beverage may be brought into the Club for use at a private function, except for wedding, anniversary, birthday or other special event cakes. A cake cutting fee of $50 for each cake will be charged for parties with 75 guests or less.

• Functions must have a minimum of 25 people in order to set up the portable bar. If a portable bar is requested for events with less than 25, there will be an additional $50 set up fee. Bar service must also last over one hour to avoid the set up fee.

• One bartender will be allotted for parties of 75 people or less. If any additional bartenders are requested, a $100 fee will be added.

• All prices are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed for more than 90 days in advance.

Other Services and Fees

• Additional audio/visual equipment can be provided for functions and meetings. The Director of Food & Beverage has a complete list of available equipment and corresponding charges.

• Management reserves the right to charge a clean up/breakage fee for any function.

• A self-serve coffee station can be set up at any event for $1.25 per guest attending.

• Any equipment, decorations, table linens, etc. rented from a third party vendor become the responsibility of the member or host of the event. The host must ensure all items are returned in their entirety in a timely fashion. King’s Creek accepts no responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
