Kimmie is a kind, professional, and transparent photographer. The reason my husband and I chose her over many other photographers for our wedding is because we fell in love with her effortless and classic style. She brings on her husband, Andrew, as her second shooter and he is just as amazing as she is! Kimmie really takes a lot of time before the wedding to get to know her couples, their family dynamic, and what they are specifically wanting. I am a sucker for B&W photos and she made sure to incorporate a bunch of them in our sneak peaks. She sent our sneak peaks very very quickly after the wedding and there were a bunch to choose from! I had sent her several specific shots that she had taken for her previous brides that my husband and I loved and she made sure to note them and get them all. To make sure of it, she even brought on a third photographer to help capture our big day! I couldn't recommend Kimmie enough. We now consider her a dear friend!

Kimberly and her husband Andrew were by far the best vendor selection we picked for our wedding. Kimmie is super sweet and easy-going, responsive, and genuinely cares about the details. She helped us to navigate some tricky family situations and worked with our tight timing.

Beyond the planning portion of the process, her photos from our rehearsal dinner and wedding were absolute knock outs. Top notch photos that captured the vibe, emotions, colors, and scenes perfectly. We are picky people and literally have no complaints. I also asked her to photograph the wedding in a more editorial style - which she did perfectly - and my photos feel like they could fit in a lifestyle magazine because of the way she took them. If you haven't figured this out already...we highly recommend her.

I can not say enough how wonderful Kimmie is to work with. I had eyed her work for years- but working with her made her even better. Her professionalism and elegance in her work is beautiful. She is quick is getting the pictures back to you- engagement photos were literally the next day. And the wedding photo “preview” was less than 48 hours. Her photos are not overly edited- they don’t need it- her work stands on its own. Kimmie made a schedule of phtotos and her and her husband, Andrew made it happen! They even got a shot of probably 150 guest who were our “church family”. Thank you for all you did! Can not wait to get the rest of our pictures back!

Her style of photography is beautiful and she is even better to work with. I had her pose as a magazine photographer during our proposal (Acting Skills: A+), then she traveled to New York City for our engagement session, then when I asked last minute if she could be there for the rehearsal dinner, her answer was OF COURSE, and then finally our wedding day. Kimmie is so talented and has such a great eye for details. She knows exactly how to instruct you to pose to get all the photos you dreamed of.

One thing during wedding planning I didn’t realize is how much time you spend with your photographer on the day of your wedding. Kimmie and her husband Andrew were the perfect people to spend our day with. They went above and beyond to not just make sure we got every photo we wanted, but that we had the BEST day. Emma had a problem with her bouquet and Kimmie stepped right in and made sure it was exactly what Emma was looking for. We could not have been happier to have Kimmie there with us for every step from proposal to “I do.”

I could not recommend working with her more! The hardest part about working with Kimmie is that once the wedding is over you will miss working with her! Luckily she does portrait sessions and you will be able to keep up with her life through Instagram :).

Kimmie photographed our wedding in Charleston, South Carolina during a very difficult time for my family. We had lost my dad just several months prior to the wedding day, so we were feeling all sorts of emotions that weekend. Kimmie floated in and, without skipping a beat, put everyone at ease. She is such a kind, caring person, and she made everyone feel so incredibly comfortable. Most importantly, she captured some very special moments between me, my husband, and my family. Her photographs are natural and authentic, and they perfectly capture the unbridled joy and love you experience at a wedding. She also took some amazing shots of the scenery and venue. We had a somewhat unconventional, rustic lowcountry wedding, and she captured the ambiance so vividly that we re-live the wedding every time we look at her pictures! In terms of quality, Kimmie is absolutely outstanding. When we first showed family and friends the pictures, they all said the same thing: "these look like they came from a magazine!" I cannot say enough good things about Kimmie - as a person, and as a photographer. She is hands down the best decision we made with respect to our wedding.

Kimmie and her husband Andrew are seriously the greatest! It is so important to understand the value of a good photographer. I have had so many friends tell me how if they could do over any part of their wedding, they'd chose a different photographer.....me? No way!!! Kimmie was perfect! Our day was perfect and she made sure we will be able to look back for the rest our lives just to see how perfect it really was!

Kimmie and her husband Andrew shot our wedding in Orange, VA in October 2018. Kimmie was one of the first vendors we booked, and we could not have been more happy with our decision! She was attentive, responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond more than once (everything from helping me with my wedding timeline to texting re: weather options the week before the wedding).

As anyone will tell you, your photographer is someone that you will spend a lot of time with on your wedding day itself. If you're looking for someone positive, fun, and comfortable, pick Kimmie. She took the time to understand family dynamics, get to know the names of my bridesmaids, and was there to help with anything that I needed. So above and beyond! After our ceremony, we wanted to take photos up on a hill. We were waiting too long for a golf cart, so Kimmie and Andrew drove us in their own car!

Of course, though, what it all comes down to is the photos. We received our photos just two short weeks after the wedding, and we could not have been happier! We've received so many compliments from our family and friends as to how nicely the pictures turned out and how well Kimmie captured the day.

We can't wait to use Kimmie and Andrew for future photography needs! We'd recommend them to anyone!

Kimmie did an incredibly job with our wedding photography! I'm in love with our photos and have gotten so many compliments from family and friends. As someone who is pretty awkward in front of the camera, Kimmie made me feel totally at ease and gave the best direction. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout all our correspondence leading up to the big day. She made sure she knew which shots were important to us and captured them beautifully. I'm so glad I'll have these photos to remember our wedding day forever! I definitely recommend Kimmie!

Kimmie and her husband, Andrew, shot our 70 person March wedding and we felt like we made the 100% right choice. Kimmie was recommended to us by our month of coordinator and from our first call, I felt at ease with her and felt like she would capture what we were hoping for.

Our package included an engagement shoot and I think that is what my fiancé and I both were dreading the most. We were worried it would be awkward, particularly shooting in a public place, but Kimmie's attitude and professionalism put us at ease. The photos from the engagement shoot turned out wonderfully and we got to practice and get that awkwardness out of the way, which just made the wedding day even easier.

On our wedding day, Kimmie and Andrew had a great plan of attack for coverage of the day, so that everything was captured efficiently, but the bulk of their time was spent with my husband, our families and me. While our wedding was small, we both have huge blended families and so needed a number of different family configurations. Kimmie and Andrew handled that seamlessly and we got great family shots of every configuration I'd asked for. On top of that, my parents raved about how Kimmie handled the whole situation and directed everyone without being bossy.

I know that Kimmie and Andrew were there the whole day - I've seen the pictures - but I never felt like they were intrusive or in the way. They let the day unfold and captured that. This was very important to me and we were so pleased with their skill and professionalism.

We enjoyed working with Kimmie and Andrew, but I don't think either of us were prepared for how beautiful the photographs were. They were able to capture the day, caught moments I wasn't aware of and got some killer dancing shots! Everyone who has seen the photos raves about how fabulous they are. Upon seeing them my mom said, "Well, it is clear Kimmie was the right choice." She's right.

I love love love Kimmie. Working with her was easy, fun, and extremely uplifting. She is so encouraging and she makes you feel fully supported and loved. Not only is she an awesome person but she is incredibly talented! Kimmie and her husband drove all the way down to South Carolina, checked out the space and I told her to just take charge and tell me and our families where to go for the wedding pictures. She did just that and fully handled everyone with grace and stability. The pictures were amazing and I will forever cherish my wedding forever because of Kimmie!
