Kevin was absolutely incredible, hiring him would be one of the best decisions you can make. From the beginning of the process when we first inquired with him all the way to delivering our JAW DROPPING photos following our wedding, he was kind, flexible, fun, and easy to work with. He was able to provide great recommendations from previous experiences and spoke up when he had concerns about something. He has an astounding eye and an insane attention to detail, never once did we feel the need to question or second guess a pose or an idea he had. I have so many wonderful photos I don’t know what to do with, it’s taken me hours of ooing and awing to narrow down to my favorites and even then I’m still looking at 500+ stunning shots. He captured all the joy, emotion, laughter, and love on our wedding day, and I can’t imagine not having these photos to relive it over and over again. Booking Kevin as our wedding photographer was the BEST decision we made. He was absolutely phenomenal with our engagement photos and our wedding photos. We are OBSESSED! He was organized, thorough, detailed, quick to reply to my emails throughout the planning process, and very supportive with everything! He had spots planned out at our venue that would be perfect for photos (and they were!), and he truly showed his photography skills with some awesome photos he took of us in the light rain. The photos are true art and we will treasure them forever.
On top of his fantastic photography skills, he was such a joy to work with. He was so helpful to us with poses (both for us and the bridal parties), and we are so thankful! He also got us our wedding photos to us in ONE WEEK! That is unheard of -- one week turnaround time for 1,200 photos-- each of which we were given a color copy and black & white (which it is SO cool to have both options and he gives both variations for every single photo!!)

My wife and I had the chance to know Kevin for nearly 3 years from 2019 to 2022 as our wedding faced multiple delays in between. So we had plenty of opportunities for things to go wrong. Happy to say, Kevin was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He is trustworthy as he kept his word as made in the agreement. His contract is actually useful at outlining what is important to consider when hiring him. His photography is excellent. For those who think that family members or an amateur photographer will capture the day, they are wrong. typically they will just take pics of everyone posing for the camera. This is exactly what dozens of people did when they uploaded photos on a shared google drive after the wedding. An actual expert, like Kevin and his colleague, captured the moments which matched what the memories we made that day. This is the key difference, and the reason why experience matters. Kevin was very easy to work with, and collaborated w the other vendors hired for the best possible session. When things did not go as planned, he just went w the flow of things and started capturing pics which he knew were important to us. His turnaround time for photo-editing was about 2.5 weeks which was faster than i expected after i realized he produced nearly 3000 pictures. His colleague is also very talented and focused on capturing the details which can be easily overlooked during such a busy day. Despite the craze on our wedding day, the two of them remained helpful, composed and respectful to us and our guests. Naturally, guest try to snap shots as well, and instead of competing w them, he worked w them to allow everyone have nice photos. We are glad we choose to work with him and highly recommend him to anyone.

Kevin photographed our small Covid ceremony and it was perfect! He got every picture and more we could ever imagine. We are so thankful to have so many incredible pictures from the day. Kevin was professional, fun and make us feel very comfortable and confident behind the camera. Our friends and families cannot stop raving about how amazing the pictures are and his ability to capture our emotions. We cannot wait to work with Kevin again next year!

Kevin was the photographer for our 10/5/19 wedding and we could not have been happier with him! After our initial meeting, he answered all the questions we didn't know to ask and made us fully confident in our decision to book him. We did engagement photos with Kevin in May, which turned out amazing and was a very fun experience! For our wedding day, I cannot imagine having any other photographer with us. Kevin is an absolutely wonderful photographer! My husband and I got married in 2014, and Kevin took the time to understand what we were looking for in our wedding photos. He put everyone at ease on the wedding day, and we are still in love with our photos all these years later. In addition to doing a beautiful job with the posed photos, he also captured all of the little details and took lovely candid shots of us and our guests. We still get compliments on our photos. We cannot say enough good things about Kevin Chuey! We chose him because we loved his work and we were never disappointed. He did our engagement photo shoot and then we had him plus his additional photographer for our October 2016 wedding. Kevin is extremely professional, yet down to earth. He does a great job of making you relaxed and being supportive throughout the day. He comes prepared for anything and is willing to help out as needed. It was easy to have him around all day because we enjoyed him as a photographer and a person! He was so incredibly nice to us, our bridal party and our guests and was very easy to work with. He was open to suggestions and ideas from us - but we largely let him do his thing because he is VERY well versed and knows his stuff! His second photographer - Faith - was just as amazing! We are so glad we had two! We loved every single engagement photo pic Kevin took of us and are eagerly awaiting our final wedding photos! We know they'll be amazing! We can't say enough great things about Kevin. He was very easy to work with and extremely responsive. Not only would I highly recommend getting a videographer if you are able but I would highly recommend it be Kevin. The quality of his work and professionalism is top notch. We added the 5 minute highlight video to our package and it's nice to have something that we can watch and share with those that were not able to be there and even those that were. We've probably watched it everyday since the wedding 4 weeks ago! Thanks Kevin for the great work!
