Wonderful to work with

Kellie Allyn's was the best choice we made when deciding on who to hire for wedding photography. The images they captured were beyond amazing! We had her design our album for us and it was better than Christmas morning when we opened the book & looked through the pages. What I really have to comment on was Kellie & Alicia's PERSONALITY. They are what made the day with photos. They were both so patient with the flower girls, and that alone equals some incredible shots! Kellie was very flexible & was able to meet with me at 9pm when I arrived in town, just to dicuss packages. The overall experience was beyond compare. I have already recommended Kellie Allyn's Photography to several of my friends!

Kellie was an ultimate disaster to work with. Our engagement photos were late to arrive. To make up for this she gave us some free photos. I suppose it was a nice gesture, but the photos were duplicates of images we had already ordered. Why do we need 3 extra 5x7 photos of the same pose? It would have been nice to get a discount from our original order or the choice of other poses. The wedding photos turned out nice, however she wasn't very organized when it came time to order them. We also decided to get a "coffee table" photo album through her company. That was a horrible idea. She claimed to have adequate computer knowledge to design the book, but couldn't figure out how to download a font or draw a border around a photo. I had to inform her on how to do these things. She also claimed to know and understand the process of sending the page layouts to the printer. She did not. The entire "coffee table" photo album process took way too much time, especially since I had given her layouts for each page. Kellie used personal issues as excuses for things taking too long, and made up several excuses not to meet with me during the process and making a new assistant meet with me to pick up the book - not very professional. I would not recommend Kellie Allyn's services to anyone.
