John was very professional. I told him about my fiancé and he knew exactly what she would want. He built the ring around the size and cut stone that I had picked out from his wide variety of stones in house. John had this way about him that made the whole process easy. I knew at the end of this process, with his help, I would be able to get down on one knee and ask that one special question to the love of my life.
