KC Entertainment Djs, a veteran owned entertainment service, began in 1998 working in small taverns and bar across Western Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota after serving 8 years in the United States Air Force. Our humble beginnings began with being interactive karaoke hosts, focusing on creating an environment where everyone could be part of the show, whether they were there for karaoke or not. We learned early on, one crowd came in and said, "Hey, Karaoke!" while another walked in and sighed, "Oh, Karaoke..." Our job was to keep both crowds; and we did!

From there, we branched off to Djing, a job which allowed for us to learn from the crowds we were paid to entertain. Which songs were guaranteed to get them on the floor; which songs had them fleeing; which songs were embraced by the women, the men, the older crowd, the younger.... Our job was to keep all crowds; and we did.

Dj and Karaoke allowed me to work my way through college while in my 30's, Djing 3-4 nights a week, while seeking a degree in education. While attending Viterbo, I took some courses on the history of music and the connection people have with it. I grew to understand how important the music was to any event, not just for the purposes of dancing, but to create memories. As an educator, I found ways to instill music into my high school English courses. My job was to create memories for my students; and I did.

For the last ten years, aside from being an educator, I have focused my business model on wedding entertainment. We have invested in upgrading our sound systems, adding numerous lighting features, as well as incorporating a visual element to our shows to create a truly interactive and memorable experience for all to remember. In this time, we have become one of the Coulee Regions premiere wedding entertainers, bringing a personalized approach to our customers. Our job is to offer outstanding customer service: and we do!
