Right when I started wedding planning, I knew two of the most important aspects of a great wedding is the food and entertainment. We looked around at a few DJs, and knew when we learned about Yellowmoon Entertainment that he was our #1 choice. Oteiko and his crew made our day beyond perfect! We met via video and he was open to all of our ideas and even more importantly offered his professional advice to fill in gaps we hadn’t thought of. He was always quick with his email/phone responses, made sure we were able to use every song we wanted and offered ideas of songs when we weren’t sure what would be best. His website for planning is easy to navigate. The sound quality of everything —microphones and speakers was flawless. On the wedding day everything went perfectly. He has an awesome personality and all the guests loved listening to him MC. He also held great conversation with guests. We got the package with the Photo Booth and the guests loved using it and being able to get their pictures printed then and there. His assistant who helped run the Photo Booth was friendly and inviting. Overall Oteiko and his crew made our day and night one we’ll never forget!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding DJ! He was awesome to work with, brought great lighting that really elevated the atmosphere, and played fantastic music all night long. The dance floor stayed full, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. Highly recommend!

We could not be happier with Yellowmoon Entertainment! We worked with Oteiko for our wedding, and from the first phone call to the last dance of the night, we were impressed with his professionalism, responsiveness, and DJ skills. Yellowmoon Entertainment is reasonably priced especially for what is included. We had music and microphones for our ceremony, music during cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, and a super fun photo booth. The photo booth printed photos for our guests to take home (bonus wedding favor!) and to place in a photo album for my husband and me to keep. The music was great; Oteiko played our requested songs along with his songs to keep the dance floor packed all night long! We also appreciated his planning portal, which you can fill out ahead of time with your song choices. We would recommend Yellowmoon Entertainment for anyone's wedding!

Yellowmoon Entertainment with DJ Oteiko was certainly one of the best highlights of our entire wedding process. As a vendor, he was patient, understanding, and listened to all of our wants and needs. As an MC, he seamlessly helped with transitions from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception and beyond. As an entertainer, he kept the dance floor full all night long!
From the moment my partner and I had our initial consultation meeting via FaceTime, to the moment we met in person on our wedding day, Oteiko was nothing short of an amazing and helpful resource. He provided us with a clear picture of how he could help make our day as special as we imagined. My partner and I did not make it easy as we had such a wide range of music genres on our pre-set playlists (folk, country, hip hop, rap, pop, slow songs, soul, etc.) (and were very particular about sticking to the music we chose), but Oteiko made it happen! We let our guests make song requests throughout the night, and he was always willing to fit those songs in.
He has a great planning form that walks you step by step throughout the entire process, he checks in regularly, and is happy to give recommendations if you are stuck on what you want. This was such a big help as my partner and I were planning from across the country.
And when it comes to the day of, Oteiko is so well prepared. He showed up well ahead of the event to set up both the ceremony and reception speakers, power, etc. He quickly pivoted with last minute changes we brought to him without any hesitation. This was such a stress reliever for us.

Honestly hands down the best choice we could have made for a DJ for our wedding. With us having our ceremony in one room and reception in another, Oteiko made it less of a headache by having two seperate setups that made a load of a difference. Everyone loved all the music that was played and everything was great from the mics used for ceremony down to the lights for the reception. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Oteiko was FANTASTIC! My wife and I agreed if we could do our wedding over again we would always book with him. He was professional, gave great advice, responsive, and always did everything in his power to give us the best wedding night possible. He did AMAZING and everyone was on the dance floor from start to end and had nothing but good things to say about the night. I truly think a Dj can make or break a wedding and let’s just say Oteiko made the night! Don’t be afraid that it’s just him and is a “smaller” company, compared to some of them that have larger operations, he truly knows what he is doing and how to make the event perfect. Like I said, we couldn’t recommend Oteiko and his services more!

Oteiko was excellent. He read the room so well and played music that kept people out on the dance floor. He was prompt with communication during the planning process, answered all of our questions, very accommodating during the big day, and he was just overall a very genuine person. Oteiko at Yellowmoon did an amazing job for our wedding. He made sure everything was planned to a T well in advance and made sure we had everything we needed. He kept very good communication with us leading up to the wedding and did a perfect job the day of our wedding. The purple uplighting he provided was an unexpected but amazing addition to our wedding that he set up. He MC’d very well and made sure we got everything done that we planned for on time.
