I really liked how my trial hair turned out, it even looked cute after going in the ocean that evening. Unfortunately my wedding day hair didn’t stay at all.

I booked a hair/makeup demo at Kay Casperson for the day before my wedding. The stylist did not listen to my wishes nor did she look at snapshots of an initial test-run that I completed in my hometown. She used about 200 bobby pins, and my head was actually sore for several days. While the staff are VERY friendly and personable, I would not recommend using the hair stylists or make-up artists on staff. You are taking too much at risk if you do so. There are other salons on the island that can provide those services. Luckily for me, we found someone at the last second and my hair/make-up were beautiful. I will commend the staff for how they responded when hearing about my ordeal...they were very friendly and apologetic.
