I loved working with Kaitie! I was having an out of state wedding so my timeline was a little different since I didn't get in until a few days before the wedding. But Katie worked with me and my schedule. We did our trial hair and makeup run 2 days before the wedding in her studio. I had sent her some inspiration photos prior to meeting to give her an idea of the look I wanted and she nailed it. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day, and she did a great job on my mom's makeup too. She listens to your wants/ideas and executes it perfectly! She's very pleasant to work with and an extremely experienced hair and makeup artist who you can feel confident in. 10/10 recommend booking Katie for your wedding hair and makeup! You won't regret it!

THIS WOMAN! I do not have enough kind words in my vocabulary to express my wonderfully amazing experience with Kate for my bridal makeup. Kate is the type of soul that makes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her; which is quite helpful for someone like me who knows little to nothing about makeup/skin care. Her makeup package includes a trial run, false lashes, day-of touch up kit and an absolute PLETHORA of brand name cosmetics and skin care products. I felt like I was a work of art. She made me look and feel stunning on my big day and for that I cannot thank her enough. My bridal party all were equally happy with their results and enjoyed their 45 minutes of chair time with Kate. So, all I have to say is stop browsing makeup artists right now and just hire Kate!

First off, Kate and Ruth are incredibly talented, made me look and feel like a billion bucks, which I am so so grateful for, especially on a day that was so very special to us (and that had a thousand photos of me taken, so well timed for that too :P ). Secondly, they were just the most professional. I have a huge fear of critiquing people or their work, they are one of the few I have ever met who made me feel *completely* at ease providing "edits" during and after our trial run, they took each tweek to heart and seamlessly created the look I was going for (well, actually, WAY BETTER than the look I was going for!), I truly feel so grateful for their attitude and openness. But thirdly, they are just the sweetest. Spending time with them was a pure joy, and I like to think I can call them friends now (and they me!). Just, overall, the whole situation was 1000 out of 10.

Ruth who works for Kate was my stylist, she was the sweetest soul and did my hair beautifully! She did great with my young nieces hair and made everyone feel so comfortable! Kate helped get everything going and Ruth helped from there!

Kate Tuma and her team of hair and make-up artists did a wonderful job getting my wedding party ready for our wedding. They were very professional, on time and fun to work with. I would highly recommend using them.

Kate is amazing!! Our wedding was a surprise elopement from our kiddos. They thought we were having family photos taken. I had hired Kate to do all the girls hair and make-up. She showed up to our rental right on time and completely prepared. Kate did great work. All our hair and make-up was done perfectly. I highly recommend Kate, she does does beautiful work effortlessly.

I could not recommend Kate and her team enough. I have used her in the past for hair and makeup and have never been disappointed. She knows how to customize styles based on face shapes, skin tone, etc. My bridesmaids and I’s makeup and hair could not have been more spot on. They provide such a natural look that stands out in photos!

Kate is the best in the business, hands down! I live in Portland and none of the artists even come close to her skill. Having her do hair and makeup for my wedding was an absolute dream. I was nervous when I first began my search but then I came across the gorgeous Kate. She is fun, personable, truly skilled in her craft, and I have always felt I was talking to a long time friend. I’m so happy we found one another. Not only does she create the best hair and makeup, her prices/packages beat the competition. She even offers discounts if payments are made early which is a life saver when trying to budget a wedding.

I did my trial run with Kate in Bend and then went downtown for some shopping afterwards. I have never received so many compliments on my hair and makeup, and that was just from my trial! On the day of the wedding Kate arrived early and had everything set up before her team joined. She was organized, well prepared and professional. Not only did she take care of my hair and makeup, but also my five bridesmaids plus family...in record time I might add. I also have a scar on my shoulder that I wanted concealed and thought Kate was going to add a little makeup to it. Nope, she brought a device to spray tan and have it completely covered and match my skin tone. She went above and beyond and no one could tell I even had a scar after she was finished. My hair and makeup lasted the entire day and throughout the evening and I never had to do any touch ups which was fantastic. I was able to focus on the happiest day of my life!

When I look back on my wedding day I am so grateful that I found Kate. I have never felt so beautiful and truly blown away by her flawless skill and execution. Thank you so much for making me feel stunning on my wedding day!

Kate did such a fabulous job! If it weren’t for this app deleting my detail 3 times, there would be a lot more listed here lol. But trust me, if you choose her you won’t be disappointed. She did a great job on makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. Her hair styling looks great from others, but I had already booked by hair stylist before I found out about Kate. Thanks again Kate!!

I truly can’t say enough great things about Katie. I was an incredibly picky bride. I wanted everything to be perfect, as most of us brides do. Katie did my makeup for my engagement photos and my wedding.

She was incredibly patient with my indecisive attitude. She made me feel super comfortable the first time I met her and my engagement pictures were stunning.

On my wedding day, I was a stressed out mess. Katie not only made my entire group look picture perfect, but she was able to make me feel relaxed and calm. She went way above and beyond to help my special day flow smoothly. My hair and make up looked great. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to share my special day with.
