For the first meeting, I met with Dom, who was professional, very nice, and organized. He showed me past weddings they took pictures at, and explained the whole process. He explained all the photography options and pricing as well as the contract. They are very good at making you feel at ease during the whole wedding planning process. You can trust them to know what they are doing, and they are so helpful.

Kate was our photographer and she was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and organized. She was so amazing during the wedding day, she was so friendly, which made taking photos feel easy. She was so good at posing us and made it feel so natural. She even scouted out, the morning of the wedding, some absolutely amazing places to take pictures at.

Kate and her team are truly amazing! I cannot imagine a better experience for our wedding. We met with Kate several times to plan the overall event, Noah did an engagement session with us, and Noah and Trang were on site day of. We had such a wonderful time with all of them. We were drawn to Kate Holt Photography due to the editing style - bright colors, fun candids - and her whole team delivered during the event and after!
Noah was absolutely delightful with such positive energy. He immediately understood our vibe (goofy) and ran with it in the best way! One of my favorite photos from our wedding is my now-husband and his best man in the "Titanic pose," which Noah suggested. He captured everything we wanted while maintaining professionalism and keeping us on track. We were so nervous about posing (neither of us like being in front of the camera), but he made it fun, easy, and somehow look natural! We felt immediately comfortable with Noah, and we are so grateful for his time, effort, and energy.
Trang only met us day of and adapted her style immediately. She understood when we needed more direction and when to just let us do our thing. She kept an eye on my hair and makeup (it ended up being an outdoor wedding on one of the hottest days of the year), dealt with my fan and water bottle, and stayed upbeat and positive through it all.
Although we needed a light-hearted, goofy experience, I have no doubt that Kate, Noah, and Trang could adapt to and capture any client's vibe in a beautiful way. They coordinated perfectly with our videographers and other vendors, and we are so grateful to have had them as part of our team. They care deeply about and take pride in their work, and it shows.
Our photos turned out better than we could've ever dreamed. They show all of the emotion and beauty that we experienced. Your photographers are one of the most important decisions for your wedding day, and I promise that Kate and her team are the right call! Kate and Dom were so wonderful to work with from the very start. They were so helpful with the whole process. Kate sent me a welcome gift with all kinds of neat things to help plan and organize the wedding! Above and beyond in every way and the cost was well worth what we received from them. They have the best personalities, and made our day absolutely perfect. They took incredible pictures and captured the day beautifully, better than we could have ever hoped for. We were so happy they were willing to travel all the way to the northwest corner of Washington state to capture our day for us. We even had guests telling us how awesome they were.

We chose to go with Kate Holt Photography because of the beautiful photos with a natural style and great candid captures of those special moments. We had a conference call and met with Dom (of Kate and Dom) whom we worked with. He was such a friendly, down to earth person from the start, and we immediately knew it was going to be great to work with him. And the photography spoke for itself. Dom was very organized, spent time getting to know us, and made sure to ask us all the important questions in terms of what we were looking for. We not only used Dom (Kate Holt Photography) for our wedding but for our engagement and since, for maternity photos. We could go on and on given every part of working with them was wonderful so we will share one specific instance. When coordinating our engagement photos we selected a location and met Dom there. Upon arriving we encountered torrential rain but Dom was quick to offer flexibility and he drove over a hour to a new location so we could have the perfect photo shoot.

On the day of they showed up early and got right to work with the details photos. They remained calm, cool, and professional during moments of chaos and family drama. They were essential to directing traffic and keeping the timeline. During the ceremony and reception they got any amazing photos of everyone. They were stealthy- positioning themselves where they wouldn't get in the way. Everyone attending made sure to tell me how kind and helpful they were throughout the night.
