Karis and Micah were no brainer hires for my wife and I. They photographed my brother's wedding and when my wife saw those photos she knew that we had to reach out and pray that they were available for our wedding!

Karis is so easy and fun to work with and her photography style is right up our alley. We love her ability to capture people's emotions in the moment and really photograph the essense of the event.

In addition, staged photos can be awkward for those of us who aren't professional models - but Karis makes it so effortless and helped us take the best portraits for our most special day!!

Micah is also an absolute blast to work with! There are no bad ideas and he and Karis were willing to work with all my ideas for photos and they turned out AMAZING.

I know it’s probably a long list, but I’m going to just add myself to the list of people who have told you that your wedding day will go by so fast. But, don’t worry because that’s where Karis steps in and takes over time to slow it down for you. She’s a superwoman. And like any great superhero, she’s highly skilled, wonderful, caring and wants to do the best she can. And her best is sooo good. There are so many moments from our wedding that we can revisit over and over again - like when my husband and I first saw each other, when our dog gave him a big kiss, when my dad got confused at what the “first look” was and didn’t turn around, when our nephews busted out epic dance moves and when my brother in law brought out a basketball hoop and we had an impromptu knockout game. And also getting beautiful family photos, that meant so much this past year to look back on. I cannot truly express how thankful I am that Karis took our wedding, engagement and proposal photos. I could keep telling you how great Karis’ photography is but I think I’ll let her photos say the rest.

Karis is the most wonderful human being you will ever meet! She is also amazingly talented and so fun to work with. No stress, extremely flexible and accommodating, and just aims to make your day the most special ever. You truly are the most important human being on earth when you work with her and the quality of her work is indisputable. She is fantastic, as a person and a professional photographer.
