Having Karis as our wedding coordinator was the single best investment we made when planning and budgeting for our wedding. Karis was phenomenal in every way, listening to our vision—recommending vendors, and ensuring every detail came together exactly as we envisioned. I cannot imagine trying to pull together the details on our own…I also don’t remember any stress related to our wedding day. We would recommend Karis to anyone. She is caring, detail oriented and professional….she’s truly exceptional at what she does!

I truly have no words to describe how amazing Karis is. From the moment she took over the month before my wedding she was on top of everything and extremely helpful. I’m a super type A person and had very specific ideas on how I wanted my wedding to be. She was patient and answered all my questions and on the wedding day brought all my visions to life. I’m know I was only able to enjoy my wedding day as much as I did because Karis was in top of every detail. We were all on schedule and things went down smoothly. I was freaking out about a possible rain and Karis even helped me to calm down and was ready to move things inside if needed. She was always calm and helpful and I can even put into words how much I appreciate everything she did for us. If you want your wedding to go perfectly, she’s your girl!

Karis did a wonderful job for my daughter’s wedding. She was always available, organized and took care of all our vendors. She always checked on us the day of the wedding to make sure everything was going smoothly. She worked her tail off the day of the wedding. I highly recommend her to anyone.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Karis! She is incredibly professional, punctual, organized, and creative. We had no vision for our wedding. Karis guided us through the entire process. We never felt overwhelmed. She was always very easy to reach! She fends off difficult guest/family members and shares itineraries with bridal party. Anything to lighten the load. She has great vendors at her finger tips and we took all of her recommendations. All the difficult decisions of finding vendors, Karis can do for you to include; florist, DJ, caterer, photographer/videographer, bridal shop, and hair and make up team. All of her recommendations proved to be absolutely perfect. She even came to help me pick a wedding dress! The wedding weekend was absolutely flawless even with a foot of snow that fell overnight. Karis was prepared for everything. If you are hesitant on budgeting for a planner don't be. Karis carried her weight in gold. Anyone that gets married in the front range of CO should go with Karis. Having such a professional plan our special day was the best decision we made. We can't thank her enough!!

I had my wedding this past June and had Karis as my month of/day of coordinator. She was amazing! I spoke with a few DOCs on the phone before selecting one and her energy and attention to detail was so great! She was super organized, communicative, was an advocate for what I wanted when talking to other vendors, and just such a sweet person that will make sure your day goes smoothly and stress free. I highly recommend!!

Karis is a true delight to work alongside with!! She is an absolute master at staying organized and on-top of the timeline— both on the day of the wedding and leading up to it. Everything flowed so smoothly at the wedding we did together and our needs as vendors felt valued & seen! She is also the sweetest coordinator you will ever find. I’m a DJ and have had the pleasure of working with a ton of different wedding planners. Karis is calm, collective and always has a smile on her face. I’ve worked with planners who get very (high strung) the day of events and it shows. Karis shows no signs of being high strung whatsoever and always has a smile on her face. If you’re on the fence of booking a wedding planner, look no further if you want someone to knock it out of the park. She cares about her clients and it shows! At Elevate Wedding Officiant, and we work with a lot of planners on a daily basis. Karis is a standout and such a wonderful individual! She worked with us every step of the way, and took a lot of stress off of her couple's shoulders in the process. She made the initial contact with us on behalf of her couple, and checked in several times to make sure everything was in place leading up to the big day. She's a great advocate for her couples and a great vendor to work with behind the scenes! We have her on our preferred vendors list now, and for good reason!

When we first thought of a day of coordinator, we didn’t think it was necessary. We soon found Karis, from my first phone call with her thru days after the wedding she was nothing short of amazing. Karis was on top of it with every single detail. She made us the perfect timeline of the day, while listening to what was important to us as a couple. She contacted all of our vendors and made she we were set and ready for our big day. She was always there to answer a text or email from the moment we booked her (which really made me feel at ease). On our big day, Karis went above and beyond all expectations!! She made everything perfect, she made sure they say ran smoothly, ran errands for us, checked in with us to make sure we were both doing okay. She quiet literally saved the day with making extra florals for us when some got forgotten. She did an amazing job on them, I told her she should also be a florist. She always made sure my husband and I had enough food and drinks. She always checked in to see if we needed a break or what she could do for us. I wish I could work with Karis every day, she truly is a dream. I would hire her again in a heartbeat 💗. Side note, all of our family and guests also loved her!

AMAZING!!! I truly cannot say enough good things about her. Karis is punctual, organized, communicative and, overall, is extremely talented at making the planning process stress free. She is also very well connected in the wedding world- she did a great job working with all of our vendors. Most importantly, Karis made sure that our wedding was fun and meaningful. She paid so much attention to the little details and was also open to my big crazy ideas- like riding my horse into my ceremony!
