Besides her talents of songwriting, singing in both English and Spanish, and playing several instruments, Kari Smith aims to deliver a full experience that begins with the first contact, and doesn't end until the moment your wedding is over! With over 15 years of experience - a decade of that in Nashville - under her belt, Kari has returned to her native Virginia, and maintains a full schedule of live music performances in addition to corporate / private events, and weddings.

• Rehearsal Dinner music - Enjoy the "night before" with acoustic music accompaniment at your rehearsal dinner! Choose from Kari's extensive set list - or leave all the work to her.
• Ceremony music - Whether you have picked a song with your loved one, or need ideas, Kari can bring them to life! With the versatility of either piano or guitar accompaniment (or both), she has a wide array of options to offer.
• Cocktail Hour / Dinner music - Provide a smooth transition between your ceremony and reception with light cocktail music. With more than 1 PA system, Kari is able to set up for more than one location for quick transition between the two.
• Reception music - If your reception is intimate, or in a smaller space, a solo musician can be a great alternative to a large band! Kari uses a Bose L1 MII system which is rated for up to 500 people, yet sounds perfect in any sized room or outdoors. She can also switch to DJ mode if you'd like to pick up the pace for dancing, as well as serve as emcee and provide microphones for toasts.
