Kris made a beautiful and tasty cake that looked exactly like my inspiration photo. I wanted a square buttercream cake with sharp edges, a smooth finish and gold edged gum paste flowers and that's exactly what I got.

I had three flavors: chocolate with salted caramel buttercream (the fan favorite at the wedding), pumpkin with cream cheese icing (perfect for a November wedding) and a layer that tasted like a strawberry shortcake good humor ice cream bar (complete with the crispies from the outside). They were all great.

Kris was great to work with and the cake was exactly what I wanted.

Krisota's Cake Shop made our wedding cake! Our cinnamon apple carrot cake with vanilla buttercream was delicious, Kris offered many design options that fit our wedding theme, and our cake was a great value. Kris was a pleasure to work with.

Krisota just made the cake for our wedding of 120 people, and it was incredible. She was so so easy to work with, flexible with delivery, and made a cake people could not stop talking about. It was beautiful and delicious. She made our vision come to life! She's definitely someone I'll go back to for future events!

We would highly recommend Kris! She was so great to work with and really flexible. We weren't sure what we wanted but she listened to us and took our ideas and made us a cake that we really loved. Kris was absolutely a pleasure to work with. We had come to Kris with little experience and a very incomplete idea of what we wanted, but she was able to help us put together a design that we truly loved and matched our decor perfectly. Most importantly though, it was delicious! I love sweets and am very particular about my desserts, but I can honestly say the Kahlua flavored cake with fondant was the best cake I'd ever had. And best of all, it was completely affordable! Thank you Kris!

We tried two other bakers other than her before we made our decision and never looked back. The tasting was amazing and the wedding cake was even better! She helped us with some unique requests and our guests raved about how delicious our cake was and how pretty the five-tiered white round cake was! We had two sugar flowers and five ribbons added to the base of each tier with a simple husband and wife (and puppy) cake topper. :) A surprise groom's cake was requested and added somewhat last minute and she rose to the occasion and delivered!
We certainly recommend Kakes by Krisota for any occasion, especially weddings! :)

Kakes by Krisota did the Groom's cake for our wedding and they did an INCREDIBLE job. The cake was way more than I had hoped for and everyone was commenting on how special and unique it was. They made a custom stadium with cake pop football players & fans. My groom was so excited by it that he ran away with it to show his friends and almost flung it on our guests! Kris & Kristen were super responsive, flexible and easy to work with. I've already recommended them to friends and engaged them on another event later this year.

Excellent creativity- if you can dream it, she can make it. I chose a very simple wedding cake, 3 tiers, squares, plain and simple with our monogram. Even though we had a simple cake, we just had to go with her because through personal experience, her cakes just taste really amazing. I have recommended her to many wedding couples, and Kris has really made their fantasized cakes come true- along with it being deliciously yummy.
