We got married on NYE, and we knew that we'd want someone who could shoot in low lighting and still make everything look gorgeous. Kaitlyn exceeded our expectations. She traveled to Pittsburgh for us and took photos that I am still in awe of. The low light photos are absolutely gorgeous, and our first look photos came out even prettier. Kaitlyn snuck around the dance floor capturing the NYE celebration, and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. We are so happy with the product, and are so glad we can cherish such beautiful photos for the rest of our life.

She sounded great on the phone but the day of the wedding, I was annoyed with her by the time we got to the reception. She did not follow the time time or shot list and help keep us on schedule/ tell us where she wanted us to take the photos at. when it came to taking photos, her "second photographer” was by her the whole time, wouldn’t go to another part of the venue or church without her, he took weird side angle photos, did not go and take photos of anything else without me or my husband having to tell him too. She did not help fix my hair, veil or dress at any point. In half the photos she has another object in the photo like a plant, lamp shade, door. some photos were taken at an angle, they weren't even straight! She edited some photos so much she turned my plum dresses BLUE. She did not follow my photo shot list and missed half of the photos I wanted, I gave it to her over two weeks before the wedding. I said I only wanted a few photos with the bridal party, she took so many that I have no photos with my parents and family at the reception nor of my husbands. Half the night I had bridesmaids running to find her because she was not near us or anywhere to be seen to get photos that were on my shot list. she got photos of the food, i did not need those, she got photos of the exterior peaks and roof line of the church. Those were not needed at all. Her editing style made everything look toned down, not bright and vibrant or crisp. She hung my veil in front of my dress, I am not sure how she thought that looked good but it covered my entire dress you can't see it. At one point my cathedral length veil was dragging in the grass and my husband was holding my flowers and my hand to help me down the hill and she did not offer assistance at all. The biggest and most unprofessional thing she did was she did not tell me the 2nd photographer doesn't go to separate locations the day of and will be by her side the whole time until the week of my wedding! If I would have known that I would not have booked her and she did not mention at all that she wasn't going to use a flash for the ceremony so all the plum dresses look brown with her editing. She nor the 2nd photographer move up close to the alter for photos everything is either from the sides or at the top of the aisle and you can see the back of everyone's heads in the photos, you can't tell what were doing in half of the photos. I do not recommend her.
