We did an engagement shoot with him in the rain. I was a little nervous but Justin was very calm and confident that we would get good photos, and we did! On our wedding day, they showed up early to settle in and scout the venue. He made us feel so comfortable and was so fun to be around! Him and his wife felt like an extension of our family and friends. We could not have picked a better photographer.

Justin is the absolute best photographer we ever could have asked for. The second we had our intro Zoom call I knew it would be great, but I didn't realize just how amazing our experience would be. From our engagement pictures with our dog and in a dive bar, to our wedding itself, Justin was easy to work with, flexible, professional, FUN, and more than anything he (and Nikki!) made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I've never liked pictures of myself more. The quality of his work is timeless and classic, I know that we'll never look back on these pictures with regret. Justin is, in a word, amazing! My husband is a photographer and retoucher, so finding a photographer to capture our wedding day who exhibited great skill and quality in their work was paramount for us. When my husband saw Justin's work, he knew instantly that he wanted him as a photographer. When we sat down for our meeting with him to discuss his process, we were both instantly put at ease. Justin has that rare ability to connect with you like an old friend at a first meeting and immediately get you to loosen up.

Communication was quick and efficient from the beginning. We met via Skype to get to know each other before scheduling our engagement session. (However, I'm not sure it was needed because Justin is one of those people that makes you feel like you've known him your whole life from the second you meet him)!
