Britany is new to the bridal hair and makeup game but has been on her licensed hair journey for 6 years now. As a teen, she always loved experimenting with different styles with her own hair & on friends of hers, and she remembers having her hair done herself at 15 and being obsessed with the process.

Britany is a very big people person & making someone feel beautiful & confident is an absolute passion of hers. She falls in love with her craft again & again being that she is able to put her creative abilities into someone else’s hair, and thus empowering them. She is truly excited to work with new clients and create everlasting bonds with each person who sits in her chair!

McKenzee is so excited to be a member of JRice MUA. She sparked an interest in the beauty industry in middle school, and her love for this industry has grown tremendously since. In high school, she would always be the one doing makeup for friends for homecoming and prom and she fell in love with it. She specifically loves making people feel the best about themselves, and she claims that is the beauty of her career as a stylist.

She started beauty school at Paul Mitchell in Columbus just 6 months after graduating high school and got her license 12 months later. She then started her salon career at Luxe in Lakeview as soon as she passed her boards in November 2021. She is so excited to be following her dreams as a bridal hair and makeup artist just at the age of 19.

Micah is creative, versatile and passionate about her craft. After leaving the corporate world to raise a family, it was only fitting that she had three girls with golden locks, who helped bring back her passion for styling. She then established herself as a freelance stylist in 2013.

Micah prides herself in the client’s experience, listening to what style is desired, and delivering a unique experience for each individuals’ needs. She is committed to creating the dream style for each occasion, from traditional half updos and curls, BoHo braids, romantic updos or chic chignons; the versatility is really what sets her apart. She uses various techniques to create beautiful hairstyles that hold, but most importantly, are comfortable throughout any event.

Nicolette discovered her interest in makeup and beauty at a very young age, with her sister inspiring her in the 5th grade and it later transforming into a passion. Nicolette has a very inspirational outlook on the beauty industry, and her main goal is to make every client feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

She hopes to fully pursue makeup artistry as a career and create a special everlasting bond with each and every one of her clients. She is very self-driven and creative, and it has been her dream to be on an amazing beauty team filled with other leaders and learners so she can grow and eventually teach as well. She earned her cosmetology license at just 18 years old, and is now thrilled and ready to dive in head first.
