I’m generally not one to write reviews. But this girl does it all, so I absolutely wanted to write one.

I had her for both my hair and makeup. Her makeup skills are second to none. No notes, she’s just the best. I literally had like one or two tweaks at the trial, that was it.

Being very detail oriented myself, I was skeptical when looking at artists to do my hair *and* makeup. I consider it very rare that one person can do both skills well or at least for what I was looking for. Tanya can indeed do both extremely well.

A few notes about me. I don’t wear makeup (mascara / eyeliner, some skincare products at most). I asked for an elevated natural style for my makeup. I rarely do anything with my hair. It’s long, straight, thick, I’ve never dyed it and I rarely put heat to it.

She is the only person, ever, to do my hair with a gentle touch, while also giving me the style I asked for with little references. Noting that I again, I have thick hair, it can definitely be a challenge to make it do what you want without putting some product in it.

You know when you or a stylists puts Bobby pins or rubber hair ties in your hair. You go to take them out at the end of the night and you feel like you’re ripping out half your hair? That girl loaded me up with Bobby pins and some hair ties. No hair pulling, no tangled hair (and she did tease it), no hair spray smell - just a polished, beautiful updo that stayed all night.

When the time came to take it out, it even looked pretty down. I washed it once and it was back to normal. No de-tangler or multiple days of trying to get product out.

I can’t recommend her enough. She’s so sweet and super efficient with her timing. I’m so glad I was able to have her on my wedding day.

Tanya and her team were the best! I just had my wedding this past weekend and it was a 2-day, 4-function, multi-culture (Chinese + Indian + Western) event (under 100 degrees heat 😂), and we booked Tanya's team for the entire thing for all my 7 bridesmaids, 1 mom and myself.

Tanya did my makeup and Jane did my hair, and they had Kate and Riri help out with everyone else at times. Everyone was professional, extremely good at their jobs, and ensured clear communication the entire time. Tanya's team arrived ahead of time for all the events, were quick with all the services, but was never "watching the clock to get out". In fact, Tanya and Jane would stay behind to make sure everyone's hair and makeup still looks good, and would give final touch-ups to those that wanted one. They were also very receptive to any feedback. Everything I mentioned during my trial with them was addressed, and they'd ask all my gals + me if there's anything we don't like about our hair/makeup, and would address anything we mentioned on the spot perfectly.

And most importantly, thanks to them all my gals looked absolutely stunning!! I love how natural their makeup is, and how they fit our face shape and hair. They listened to everyone's vision and really delivered! My girls and I felt like celebrities but without feeling too cakey haha. I also felt pretty and confident in front of the camera, in all my bajillion outfits 😂 Our makeup also stayed on for the entire day!

Their pricing was also very fair. For some events they needed to get up extra early which we had to pay an early fee; and when there would be a bit of a time crunch, they added in extra help to our contract which we needed to add some $$ for. Even then the fees were really reasonable, especially compared to the high quality of their service. They were also pretty flexible -- initially our contract included 2 moms, but last minute the groom's mom wanted to do her own hair and makeup instead, so Tanya made sure we got our money's worth and did extra makeup for my girls.

I couldn’t have asked for a better hair and makeup artist for my wedding! Tanya did an absolutely beautiful job on both me and my sister. She listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life. The makeup was flawless, natural, and photographed beautifully—we were both obsessed! She was able to do everything from natural glam to a very cool artistic dramatic look for my reception. Tanya is incredibly talented, professional and overall such a pleasure to work with. I’m so grateful for everything she did to help make my wedding day so special and would highly recommend her!

If you are looking for someone who is not only incredibly talented but also a joy to sit with, look no further! Tania did my hair and makeup for a recent event, and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out.
From the start, she really listened to exactly what I wanted, but also knew how to tweak things to perfectly suit my skin tone and features. Tania is incredibly attentive to detail and completely prepared. She has all the right tools and equipment to pull off a flawless look. On top of that, I was so impressed by how impeccably clean and organized she keeps her makeup products and tools.
The whole process just flew by because she is so easy to talk to and completely put me at ease. It was an amazing experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend her!

Tanya did my bridal makeup as well as 2 bridesmaids and my mother on my wedding day. She arrived early, set up quickly, and had amazing time management.
With that said, her makeup was AMAZING! Long lasting, smooth, finished look. She truly made myself, my bridesmaids, and especially my mom feel so beautiful on such a special day. I will recommend her over and over.

Tanya is so sweet! Everyone in my wedding party looked beautiful, and I had a very picky preteen flower girl who "knows makeup" as well as family who do not wear any makeup and were concerned about how it would feel/look. Tanya made every person feel heard, they walked away feeling gorgeous and perfect. I even threw a last second, drastic makeup change the day of my wedding and she switched gears EFFORTLESSLY and gave me exactly what I wanted. From an enhanced natural look to dramatic smokey eyes, she can execute!

TANYA!! Please take this as my personal thank you. Thank you for bringing the princess out of me. I felt a kind of beautiful I never have before in my entire life. I look back at videos and photos and literally say aloud, “is that ME?!” I feel speechless seeing how beautiful I am and looked on my wedding day. Words cannot express how appreciative I am for this.

For anyone looking to book a makeup artist, Tanya is the real deal. She knows her stuff and is willing to work with your requests/inspiration. She is also so easy to book with - I came directly from a contract-heavy vendor and was feeling not so great with their terms. Tanya was plain and simple and was just such a joy.

Every detail from the first texts reaching out for info to the event appointment was great. My artist was attentive and offered suggestions and options. Nothing was ever rushed or hurried. My makeup was gorgeous and I got compliments all afternoon and the application looked fresh until well after the reception was over! Worth every penny and then some.

Tanya is responsive and punctual. She has a great personality and is very easy to work with. On top of that, her price is very reasonable.

She is experienced with brides with diverse cultural backgrounds which was very important to me as I was an Asian bride. My face structure is naturally different and my preferred bridal look is also quite different from what is normally popular among Western brides.

I would suggest brides to do a trial with her before the wedding to see if anything needs to be adjusted and it could also save time on the day of as she knows exactly what you want.

All in all my makeup and hair was beyond satisfaction at my wedding day. My bridesmaid and my mom’s look were also wonderful. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!
