I got married on 09.20.25 and Tanya did both my hair & makeup. She was very professional and nice!! She was very easy to communicate with and made sure my hair and makeup was how I wanted it for my big day. Overall had a really great experience and I would highly recommend if you are looking for a stress free wedding day! So happy I booked her :) -

I couldn’t have asked for a better hair and makeup artist for my wedding! Tanya did an absolutely beautiful job on both me and my sister. She listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life. The makeup was flawless, natural, and photographed beautifully—we were both obsessed! She was able to do everything from natural glam to a very cool artistic dramatic look for my reception. Tanya is incredibly talented, professional and overall such a pleasure to work with. Tanya did my bridal makeup as well as 2 bridesmaids and my mother on my wedding day. She arrived early, set up quickly, and had amazing time management.
With that said, her makeup was AMAZING! Long lasting, smooth, finished look. She truly made myself, my bridesmaids, and especially my mom feel so beautiful on such a special day. I will recommend her over and over. -

Comforting presence, high end skills
Tanya is so sweet! Everyone in my wedding party looked beautiful, and I had a very picky preteen flower girl who "knows makeup" as well as family who do not wear any makeup and were concerned about how it would feel/look. Tanya made every person feel heard, they walked away feeling gorgeous and perfect. I even threw a last second, drastic makeup change the day of my wedding and she switched gears EFFORTLESSLY and gave me exactly what I wanted. From an enhanced natural look to dramatic smokey eyes, she can execute! -

TANYA!! Please take this as my personal thank you. Thank you for bringing the princess out of me. I felt a kind of beautiful I never have before in my entire life. I look back at videos and photos and literally say aloud, “is that ME?!” I feel speechless seeing how beautiful I am and looked on my wedding day. Words cannot express how appreciative I am for this.
For anyone looking to book a makeup artist, Tanya is the real deal. She knows her stuff and is willing to work with your requests/inspiration. She is also so easy to book with - I came directly from a contract-heavy vendor and was feeling not so great with their terms. Tanya was plain and simple and was just such a joy.

My Beautiful Day!
Every detail from the first texts reaching out for info to the event appointment was great. My artist was attentive and offered suggestions and options. Nothing was ever rushed or hurried. My makeup was gorgeous and I got compliments all afternoon and the application looked fresh until well after the reception was over! Worth every penny and then some. -

Tanya is responsive and punctual. She has a great personality and is very easy to work with. On top of that, her price is very reasonable.
She is experienced with brides with diverse cultural backgrounds which was very important to me as I was an Asian bride. My face structure is naturally different and my preferred bridal look is also quite different from what is normally popular among Western brides.
I would suggest brides to do a trial with her before the wedding to see if anything needs to be adjusted and it could also save time on the day of as she knows exactly what you want.
All in all my makeup and hair was beyond satisfaction at my wedding day. My bridesmaid and my mom’s look were also wonderful. I would highly recommend her to anyone!! -

I was extremely nervous about booking hair and make up for my elopement I had ten days and zero clue what to do. I found Tanya here and she was amazing start to finish she found time to do a trial at my house and she is so fun and kind and I never felt more beautiful and then the day off about three days later we made the appropriate adjustments and my hair and lashes were flawless! She was on time, responsive, kind and fun to talk with and helped me with my day of jitters! I felt so beyond gorgeous and I will be booking Tanya if I ever need to look hot like that again!!! Wedding makeup & hair
I found Tanya online and chose her as my hair and makeup artist because I was impressed by her work from her Instagram, and her pricing was unbeatable. I am very particular about how I do my makeup and have never really trusted anyone else to do it, especially since I have Asian features, and it’s hard to find makeup artists in Ohio who have a lot of experience with East Asians. But I decided to put my trust in Tanya after seeing her incredible work on Instagram, and she absolutely delivered!
Tanya generously spent 4 hours with me for both my bridal trial and the wedding day and professionally worked with me through all my requests and nitpicks. The trial helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, and Tanya was able to edit my look for the wedding day until I was completely satisfied. My makeup and hair were both perfect and lasted all night—I didn’t even need to use the kit she gave me to touch anything up during the wedding. My hair looks beautiful in every photo (which never happens to me!), and my makeup never smeared.
I am so happy that Tanya was the one to do my makeup & hair—she perfectly brought my vision to life. Would highly recommend her to literally anyone! -

Loved my makeup and hair for my wedding
Tanya is very professional, during the trial, I thought I wanted my hair half up. Half down. After thinking about it 1 week before the wedding i sent her new inspo pictures of a modern updo and she did an amazing job make my vision come to life! My hair lasted all day (I have very thick long hair and was afraid it wouldn't hold but it held AMAZING) my venue was in a green house so it was toasty but my hair and makeup held so well. I told her what lipstick shade I wanted from a photo and she was able to create it by mixing several colors together and it was so perfect. The makeup lasted so well even in a greenhouse and she made me feel so beautiful the entire day (I dont have any photos back yet from the photographers or else I would post her beautiful work) -

I live in South Florida and went to Ohio for a wedding. I’m not great at hair and make up and so I decided I wanted a professional —one that would come to my hotel. I did some research and ended up finding Tanya. I was a little nervous just because I’ve never done anything like this before. But there was no reason because she’s quite literally amazing. She arrived on time and was ready to go. She was so sweet. I shared some inspo photos of my hair and make up. She nailed it! I received so many compliments but most importantly, I never felt more beautiful than I did that night and I owe that to her. When I say, I can’t thank you enough, I mean it. If you’re in the Dublin Ohio area looking for mobile glam, seriously look no further than this amazing talented artist. I can’t stop looking at the photos. Oh and! I have very fine hair. She made it look so voluminous it actually stayed all night. I’m blown away. Thank you again. -

Exceeded my expectations!

Beautifully done
Tanya did an amazing job on me and all 5 of my bridesmaids. She listened to what we all wanted and executed it beautifully. For those unsure of what they wanted she was able to help them decide by giving them options of what she thought suited them. Tanya was very sweet and super easy to work with. Everyone’s makeup stayed perfect the entire day even through sweat and tears. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to hire a makeup artist. -

Tanya was so wonderful to work with! She listened to what I was envisioning for my wedding day and she nailed it. Tanya did my hair and makeup trial before the wedding so we could see what I was wanting and then on my wedding day she knew exactly what to do. She made me feel so beautiful and the makeup was so natural looking. The hair and makeup lasted all night in the summer heat. She was also so fun to talk to and made me feel less nervous on my wedding day. I highly recommend using her for your wedding! -

I had the best experience working with Tanya and Kate for my wedding! They were so kind and patient and made the morning getting ready go so smoothly. She did my trial hair and makeup in mid-May ahead of my wedding in June. We made a few adjustments based on the trial, and on the wedding day, my hair and makeup turned out flawless. She was very professional and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. For what she charges, her work looks like so much more — the quality truly exceeds the price -

Not only was Tanya an absolute pleasure to work with, she did a phenomenal job on my wedding day. She was professional, warm, and incredibly helpful every step of the way—always answering my questions and putting me at ease. I had been especially worried about how my skin would look due to some acne scarring, but Tanya worked her magic and made those concerns disappear. Her makeup application was flawless.
The morning of my wedding, I was feeling anxious and overwhelmed—until I sat in her chair. Once my makeup and hair were done, a sense of calm washed over me. I remember thinking, “No matter what goes wrong today, at least I’ll look good doing it.” That confidence was a gift, and I’ll always be grateful to Tanya for it. -

Tanya is a gem
Tanya did my make up as well as my mom’s and sister’s for my engagement party. She is very talented and will do whatever makeup look you request! She is very punctual with her timings and is sooo much fun to be around!! In happy occasions like these (weddings/engagement parties), you need someone who will match your energy and bring about joyful vibes while helping you get ready. Tanya was THE ABSOLUTE BEST in that regard! She was dancing with me and my friends and was very smiley and joyous. Incredible Makeup Artist!
Tanya was the absolute best decision I made for my wedding day. She is the sweetest person and so easy to work with. I showed her one photo of what I was thinking and she nailed it! We had so much fun during the makeup trial and on the wedding day. She really makes you feel comfortable and completely at ease. We giggled the entire time. It was so much fun! She made me feel so beautiful and so confident on my wedding day. The makeup lasted all night and I was so sad when it was time to it off hahaha. She also provided makeup for my sister and my mom. Tanya was incredible and very accommodating. As someone who doesn't know a lot about make up and what looks good on me, she was super helpful. We met over video chat to talk about our expectations which was nice when trying to choose a MUA! On the day of our trial, she walked me through each step and asked what kind of vibe/look I was going for and even sampled some for me to see before making a decision. Tanya was very nice and communicated well prior to us meeting. She arrived on time and was ready to start right away. She was friendly and conversational. I enjoyed our trial session. I showed her what I was looking for when she arrived at my house, which was a very natural glam look. However, I shared I loved the eye makeup but I was not pleased with the foundation color, since I felt it was too dark for m skin tone, (she mentioned we would work on this for the wedding day). The hair was nice but I wasn't in love with it, so I said maybe we could do a trial with a different hairstyle ( I would pay), so I could make the best decision. I didn't love the lip color but this wasn't an issue because I can find any color I love and use it that day. I expressed wanting to move forward and she said she was available on the wedding day. I messaged her the following day in order to book the trial for the hair and I received no response. After two days of waiting, I reached out again and I received a response saying she didn't think she was a good fit for my vision. While this may be fair, I think there were other concerns here, since my concerns about foundation color and trying another hair style were reasonable. Most makeup artists are willing to take feedback and be flexible. I have never gone through the process before so I didn't know better. Now I think it would have been a good idea for her to ask for a picture of me and of the inspiration I wanted prior to us meeting. I could have been very dark skinned or very fair, and having the appropriate foundation would be good. Also, she could have told me that the look I wanted was not something she could achieve. Instead I paid for her to travel to my house, and paid for a trial that was supposed to go towards the wedding day and I'm out $320 and I have to start from scratch. I think some of this could have been prevented. I think she is nice, and skilled, but could work on preparation and being flexible. I think I was polite, nice and appreciative, but since it is my wedding day I was honest about some areas we could modify a little. Still I wanted to work with her and again, my concerns were reasonable. She subsequently posted a video on social media in Russian saying how she rejected a bride because she reminded her of a prior client. (Take this as you wish, it may or may not be about me but high coincidence). I'm a physician and if I didn't see patients who questioned what I said and didn't just do what I said, I would have no patients. People are people, and when you pay for a service you should have a say. She is likely flexible and professional 90% of the time. The makeup was decent and so was there hair, but doing business was a disappointment. This was my experience, and I think people would appreciate having all the informationMakeup Room's reply:
