Mr. Williams was such a blessing for our daughter's wedding. He spent time getting to know the couple months before the wedding and that made the ceremony special. It was like a friend was marrying them not just a stranger.
We are so glad we found him. He officiated the ceremony just as my daughter requested.

Mr. Williams officiated our September 2025 wedding. I (the bride) did find his services on Wedding Wire! He responded in a timely manner with information on the initial reach out. My husband and I are in our late 20s (27 & 29) although we are Christians we do not currently have a church home. We did explain this to Mr. Williams and he was more than understanding and never made us feel any other way than supported!

My husband and I felt comfortable with the script choices he offered (options included casual to more religious) and he allowed alterations to fit our ceremony. Although we had only met him in person the day before our wedding, we couldn’t have picked a better officiant! He was timely and professional!

I do feel his fee is very reasonable after looking into multiple officiants considering travel to our venue (which was somewhat a hassle for people to get to) coming to the rehearsal and turning in our marriage license documentation!

If you are looking for an officiant I 100% recommend his services!

Dr Williams was on time, respectful, professional and put together a lovely ceremony. He also promptly put our certificate documentation in the mail to our county. We would recommend him to anyone in the future!

Dr. Williams did an incredible job officiating my dream wedding! He was great with correspondence and very flexible with the script since we did a non-traditional ceremony. He has the perfect voice for the job. He sent in our marriage certificate information promptly. Our marriage license was in our mailbox by the time we returned from our honeymoon. He also has fair rates for travel and overall costs. You cannot go wrong with Joi-ful Noiz Ministries

Dr. Hubert Williams was an excellent officiant. He and I collaborated on the perfect script and I couldn’t have been happier. It was a super hot day so we made the ceremony short and sweet and he even added a personalize touch by adding something about each of our kids into the ceremony! It was definitely the best day ever and would totally recommend him for your wedding!
