John is an remarkable guitarist and several of our guests made a point to tell me how much they enjoyed his music at our wedding ceremony. We had a last minute venue change and he was very understanding, communicative, and accommodating, as he was throughout the process. We were very happy he was a part of our wedding!

John single handedly saved the day! He played such a great acoustic set at our ceremony and cocktail hour and received such praise from the guests at our wedding. We were very lucky to have John join us to play classical guitar for our wedding ceremony at La Colombe d'Or in Houston. In addition to his beautiful guitar work, John was very professional and extremely thoughtful about making the music for our ceremony as special as possible. John even transcribed and played a song we requested that I didn't think would be possible (a 1980's folk song from Bolivia). His music was perfect, and the personalized set list was above and beyond expectations. Thank you John!

John is a very talented versatile musician. While he is trained in classical music, he is also very adaptable and plays all sorts of music. If he doesn't know a song, he will learn it quick! He also is good at adding a classic flare to modern music (think Bridgerton :) ) if that's what you're looking for, or playing it exactly as is!

He was very quick to respond any time I would contact him with questions. We had to change our wedding plans at the last minute due to covid. Instead of the giant church wedding we had originally planned, we had to do a small civil ceremony in a backyard with a guest list of 150 slashed to 15. John stepped in to save the day!

During the height of the pandemic when our county limited us to small gatherings and outside events only, he was very professional and mindful. He took a covid test prior to the event to ensure he was negative, he wore a mask, and made sure to maintain proper social distancing. He had a tough situation and made it work! If you want personalized music to suit YOUR tastes and the style of wedding you are having, then I highly recommend John. He will work with you every step of the way and ensure your music is exactly what you want it to be when you want it to be!

We have our rescheduled giant church wedding coming up, and sadly since the church has a policy we have to use their musician, we aren't able to hire John again, otherwise he would definitely be in the church playing our music!

In April 2021 we hired John to play classical guitar during our ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner service at our wedding. He's a talented musician and true professional. We had no idea what songs we wanted him to play, we just trusted him to pick a good set list and he did! Working with John was effortless. He showed up on time and played beautifully. John did an amazing job at our wedding. He tailored the ceremony music to fit our theme and even leaned some songs that were special to us. All our guests complimented the music at cocktail hour as well. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you for being part of our day!
