John Hook is the BEST and COOLEST photographer ever! John was there for my surprise proposal, then did our engagement pictures and of course the day of the wedding. He has such a good eye, and knows how to position you even with the wind, rain and sun.

We took our engagement photos about 1-month before our wedding day, and John edited them all and sent it back to us so fast! We also took pictures for our thank you cards on the day of our wedding, and he was able to get those back to us super quickly too.

John has such an easy going personality, is very patient, and really made our wedding day SO much more fun! He asks you do to super random things, and you don't understand why at the time, but when you get the photos back you realize exactly why, and it just goes to show how talented and amazing he is.

John's work is impeccable. He is an amazingly talented photographer and we were so lucky to have him!

John Hook was recommended to us by our wedding videographer. Our videographer suggested a list of photographers for us, and based on some research, we decided to go with John Hook because of photo examples I had seen online. The photos I saw online are amazing and I wanted those types of photos for our wedding.

The only setback with John is that he doesn’t respond to emails very well. He is a VERY busy man, who is hired to do a lot of photo shoots. Although, when he does respond to the emails, he is very professional. You would not have to worry about him showing up someplace if you have an appointment/contract with him. We did a consultation, engagement photo shoot, and he spent our wedding day with us. He was always on time for those.

The day before our wedding, we received our engagement photos and they were amazing! He did a GREAT job with those! We appreciate that it was included in the package that we got from him. Since then, we have received some of our wedding photos back, and they are amazing too! We can’t wait to see the rest of the photos from our wedding day!

Besides not responding to emails in a timely manner, I would recommend John Hook because he is nice, professional, and takes AMAZING pictures! He is a busy man and a lot of companies want him to take their pictures! He is in high demand! Besides that, I would hire him again because of the great work that he does!
