Cynthia at Joe's Italian did my wedding cake and it was PHENOMENAL!!! I had strawberry cake with white buttercream icing. You can taste the real strawberries in the cake and it was so moist. The icing was so fluffy and delicious. I had a 5 tier wedding cake for 250 guests and it looked absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of cake for everyone and guests raved about it. Cynthia took care of everything and it was perfect. Thank you!Sent on 05/17/2015
