About half way through planning our wedding on our own, we had the big topics down (venue, celebrant, photographer, videographer, etc) but the small details were becoming a bit too overwhelming for me. Enter Joanna, a sweet, thoughtful, thorough, creative soul who I could not be happier with. From the beginning she was incredibly helpful with details which were overwhelming me. She collaborated with us, our vendors and venue to put all of these random plans into action. She visited our venue months before the event to plan the space, communicated with vendors throughout the planning process, worked out their contracts for me. Helped me find the rest of our vendors (DJ, florist, lighting), worked out transportation for our guests the day of the wedding (to venue and back to home late at night). She created the most beautiful welcome bags for our 50 guests, made the most gorgeous paper details (seating chart, menus,etc). I know all brides think that they had the most beautiful wedding, but we truly did. And I am so appreciative of Joanna, I could not have done it without her. She arrived two days before the wedding (a day before our welcome party) to meet and get things in order, she was also present and helping us for the rehearsal dinner/welcome party and the entire day of the wedding. The day of our wedding she was the contact person, she took care of all of the planing, set up, working with vendors, etc. I had zero stress and was so relaxed. I cannot recommend her enough, she is truly wonderful at what she does.

Joanna’s team got to work early at both the locations (the church and the venue) and it was truly like something out of a fairytale. It was exactly how I wanted to be. Throughout the day, Joanna stayed behind the scenes but always near in case of any questions or problems. She was busy coordinating music, food, photography etc, to ensure a seamless day. Joanna is extremely professional, courteous, and polite with an excellent sense of humor. She made our wedding the most magical day of our lives.
