Team Royal Blue exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding and made it truly a magical and unforgettable weekend of events for us and all of our guests. 1000/10!!

We luckily were able to experience the impeccable wedding the RB team put on for my brother last year so there was no hesitation when knowing who to hire to plan our destination wedding this year in Crete at the Seaview. The RB team not only understood our vision, but were a group of people we trusted and whom felt like family. From our initial conversation it felt as though they really had our best interests, wanted to deliver a memorable experience and were not just another transaction.

They adhered to our budget and were able to assist us in where they thought we should allocate our money to stay within budget. If things were a little more expensive than what we wanted, they would make suggestions on how we could curtail the vendor to fit within the budget.

They did the thinking for us and made sure every detail from lights, dj, catering, stationary, fireworks, transportation and florals were accounted for. They spoke and coordinated all of the vendors for us, which made the process that much easier. All we had to do was make decisions.

Communicating with them was easy. The team were always willing to accommodate a zoom call or phone call even with a seven hour difference.

Once we arrived in Greece we knew everything was going to be great because RB was on top of everything. We had a cocktail reception the night before, which they absolutely smashed! Our guests basically had two weddings it was so much fun. DJ Brent kept the group dancing and vibes high! They helped us coordinate a private catamaran the day after the wedding and coordinated collecting payments so we didn't have to,, just everything was assisted with and we never once felt like it was a bother to add additional events we didn't initially speak about.

The day of our wedding was truly UNFORGETTABLE and we cannot stop talking about it. Having a fiance that was not too involved in the planning, for him to be speechless by the end of it, really is a testament to the hard work the team of RB put in. Every detail, to the flowers, exact timing of the daytime fireworks going off, reception and production of events, it all could not have been done without them. I wanted the overall theme to be simple luxury, elegant and not too over the top; they delivered on every front. As a bride, I did not have to think once about what was going on and was really able to have fun, be present in the moment and enjoy my wedding.

We cannot recommend Royal Blue Events enough to anyone who is thinking of having their wedding or next party. It saddens me that we can't have a wedding planned by them every year. They truly went above and beyond for us. There were so many little extras they did to make our day that much more special.

Whether you're a destination couple or one that is local, do not think twice about hiring the RB staff, do it, you will not be disappointed. They exceeded all of our expectations and then some. Wow. Where do I begin? Katharina, Spiros, Nektaria, Brent, and the entire Royal Blue team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We did shop around quite a bit for wedding planners, and we hit the jackpot with Royal Blue. They were recommended to us by the owner of JW Marriott Crete, and we couldn’t rate them more highly. There isn’t a single part of our wedding that they could have improved. They knocked it out of the park. They provided the highest quality service imaginable for a great price, and were extremely professional. They were responsive, kind, thoughtful, and organized. We are in NYC, 7 hours behind them, and they really accommodated our scheduling needs. This often meant meeting with us at suboptimal times for them, and we appreciated this tremendously. The taste level of every service provided was top tier. They thought of every detail relating to every moment over the entire course of our wedding day. There were multiple times we thought to ourselves “wow, we never would have thought of that.” They know what they are doing, and they do it perfectly. Everyone said our wedding was the best they’ve ever been to, and we agree. Royal Blue, thank you so much for making our special day absolutely perfect!

Planning a multi-day destination wedding from afar can easily become overwhelming, but working with Katharina and Spiros at Royal Blue was hands down the best decision we made. Working with our wedding planning team was easily the best decision made for our destination wedding. Planning across multiple days from overseas could have been stressful, but they kept the entire process grounded, organized, and straightforward.

We essentially just gave them our inspiration photos and vision, and their team handled every single setup from scratch. Seeing it come together in person was incredible. They nailed the exact aesthetic we were after without us having to stress over any of it.

Planning a destination wedding initially felt totally overwhelming but from our very first meeting we felt at ease in their capable hands. Our day was truly a dream and there is no way it could have happened without Katharina and Spiros. They are an extremely professional, well-organized team with all of the Crete connections! They communicated with us in a timely fashion every step of the way, took care to work within our budget, and went above and beyond with many details that we hadn't even thought about. Our vision was brought to life in such a beautiful way. On the day of the wedding, they took excellent care of us and our guests- in particular when a family member had a medical event. They also helped us sort out a small snafu after the wedding that was no fault of their own. We are SO grateful and would recommend them to anyone!

The team at Royal Blue, were nothing but the best! From our introductory video call, they helped us navigate the stressfulness of planning a wedding. They worked within our budget to give us the wedding of our dreams! We had a rather large destination wedding (~100 people), which we thought would be extremely stressful, but Royal Blue worked with us from picking the right venue(s) to assisting us in recommendations for accommodations. We even made a trip out to Crete to speak with them in person, where they took us around and showed us our venue, church and village where our guests would stay. At the end of it all, our guests all said the same thing, “that was the best wedding I’ve been to!” If that doesn’t express what the team at Royal Blue can do, I don’t know what will.
