Katherina and Spyros are the best, kindest and most professional wedding planners and most importantly fantastic human beings with a lot of empathy and love for the couples they work with. I don’t even know where to begin?
We started our wedding planning in full lock down, we chose Crete because my husband grew up there.
It was important to us to go with someone who understood our vision and had the best local knowledge and network. We are both very demanding people and we def didn’t make their job easy.
Kat and Spyros worked extremely hard they made sure that every detail is addressed and executed our ideas to a level we didn’t expect possible.
Nothing was too much to ask, every idea we had they tried to accommodate they looked after us and our money always trying to make sure we get the best value. Their local network is super strong and they are very well respected, they can work under extreme pressure and always come up with a creative solution to fix any problems or accommodate our wishes.-

Where do we even begin?
Katharina and Spiros were a blessing to us. My husband and I were faced with bad weather forecast the day before our wedding. Katharina and Spiros were only supposed to deliver the chairs and other equipment we had rented from them. But instead they stepped up when they saw how stressed out my groom was trying to figure out how to have our outdoor wedding in the villa we rented when it was calling for heavy rain the entire day of our wedding. Kat and Spiros sprung into action calling venues that would host us and allow all our already booked vendors to join us. They also called our vendors to let them know that the venue changed. They worked so tirelessly the night before to have these all organised for us so last minute and they pulled it off.
The day of the wedding, the rain caused floods and landslides which inhibited some of our vendors to reach the new venue - including my bridal car and guests shuttle but they made it all happen. I stepped into the venue I have never seen before and cried immediately because it was more than we had ever dreamt of. It was beautiful, well decorated and the layout of everywhere was well planned. Kat and Spiros were amazing and we just cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make sure we had the day we wanted. So yes! Look no further, these guys are the only planners you need.-

Royal Blue went above and beyond!
We thankfully chose Katharina & Spiros from Royal Blue as our wedding planners for our wedding in September and I cannot imagine what we would have done without them. Nothing was too big an ask, they just managed to make the impossible happen. It was raining heavily on our wedding day at an all outdoors venue and they managed to quickly sort it out and ensure all the guests were dry and warm the whole time. All our guests were commenting on how amazing they were, they felt like apart of the family from the first meeting. They really do put their all into their job and my husband and I felt so well looked after from beginning to finish. Because of Royal Blue, we had the most magical, effortless and beautiful wedding we could have asked for. Thank you Katharina & Spiros!!-

Spiros with many years of experience in the tourist and hospitality industry is the person who will navigate, negotiate, oversee, organize and manage every detail on your behalf.
He will manage every fine detail regarding your travel issues for you and your guests making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
He understands that planning a destination wedding from afar can be overwhelming and is intent on achieving a smooth experience.
He will be your voice to the vendors, who will support your choices and satisfy your every request.
Spiros, being the person he is, does not take “NO” easily, will find a way to overcome any obstacles that may occur during any event making sure that the job is done successfully!
