We can't say enough good things about Katharina and Spiros, the amazing wedding planners who made our wedding in Greece this summer an unforgettable experience. My wife, Christina, and I live in Canada, so planning a destination wedding from abroad had its challenges. But Katharina and Spiros made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
From the start, their fluency in both English and Greek was an invaluable asset. They were able to clearly communicate our ideas to local suppliers, ensuring that our vision was perfectly understood. Their attention to detail was second to none, and they spent countless hours on Zoom with us during the year leading up to our big day, helping us shape every aspect of the celebration.
We had over 100 guests fly in from Canada, and Katharina and Spiros ensured that every detail was taken care of. They even helped us organize a pre-wedding party, an all-white themed event that set the tone and got everyone excited for the wedding two days later. It was the perfect warm-up for what turned out to be a magical celebration.
The wedding itself was beyond our wildest dreams. From the beautiful venue to the incredible food, everything was perfect. The fairy-tale setting with twinkling lights, combined with the professionalism of their team from Royal Blue Events, exceeded our expectations. They clearly have an extensive knowledge of the event planning business as they managed the entire day with such grace, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring our guests were well taken care of. It was the best day of our lives.
Katharina and Spiros truly brought our vision to life while respecting our budget. Thanks to their hard work, we not only had the wedding of our dreams but gained two wonderful friends for life. If you’re looking for wedding planners in Greece who will go above and beyond, look no further. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted a wedding in Greece. I had no other distinctive vision or plan, other than the fact that I wanted it to be in Greece... Although I have wedding planner friends in the USA, I felt it was imperative for us to work with planners who were not only familiar with Greek culture, but familiar with vendors, and who knew the hurdles needed to achieve an international wedding.
My husband and I had a different type of vision (beautiful buffet instead of a sit-down dinner and a night topped with midnight gyros), and Spiros and Katharina were not only up to the challenge, but by far surpassed all of our wildest dreams. We were so grateful for their attention to detail, generous nature (they even set up a traditional Greek bar for us and our guests in addition to the more conventional liquors), and candor in transactions with us and all vendors.
If I could share all of the photos from our wedding I would, but I wanted to at least include the items that they played such an integral part in to showcase their skills. From the setup of the venue to the flowers to the food and bartenders; it was stupendous. We look back on this day constantly with such awe and gratitude.
To add to the logistics, unbeknownst to us, we had booked the villa on Easter weekend, but it was yet another hurdle the team at Luxury Blue accomplished with ease. I cannot recommend them enough. We miss them and Greece every day; if you're trying to decide between this team and another planner, please book them. You will not be disappointed. They are prompt, very communicative, type A (which is not common), and will get it done honestly and without complication. Thank you again, Spiros and Katharina. From the moment we connected with Spiros and Katharina, we knew we were in the best hands. As a same-sex couple, we were looking for a team that would make our symbolic ceremony feel special and inclusive, and they exceeded all expectations.
Spiros and Katharina were not only incredibly professional but also warm, attentive, and truly invested in making our day unique and meaningful. What we envisioned was brought to life - from hair, make-up, flowers, cake, location and personal touches. If you’re reading this while hesitating between different wedding planners, stop your research, I have the answer: pick them!!!
Katharina and Spiro have become 2 of our favorite people ever. What a duo! We instantly connected with them after just one call. We live in Canada so planning a wedding abroad was a bit stressful, but they made us feel SO confident that our day will be perfect, and it was more than perfect. It was magical. Not only are they extremely talented at wedding planning, they are also genuinely kind and amazing people. They went above and beyond the expected, surprising us again and again with genius and personalized ideas, to give us the most perfect day we could have ever imagined. They were also tremendously helpful for planning the rest of our trip before the wedding day. From boat tour contacts to beach/restaurant recommandations to taxi driver organization, they could do it all!! I truly cannot compliment them enough. Forever grateful that we found them. Where do we start, We had been working Katherine and Spiros at Royal Blue for over a year and they have been nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment of getting in touch with them to the final of the touches of the wedding they have been professional, helpful and a joy to work with.
They both as individuals are so knowledgeable, creative and are leaders in what they do.
Since we are from are from the UK, we have minimal knowledge on the process, suppliers and everything else needed to plan our dream wedding, Katharina and Spiros quickly put our mind at ease, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect.
Every little detail had been thought of. We cannot thank them enough and it is a day that we will never forget.
Spiros also went above and beyond to assist one of our family members with a medical issue that he did need to help with as this was isolated during our holiday and he helped sort swift assistance for them which is more than appreciated.
Thank you both so much, we could not recommend enough.

What can I say Katrina and spiros where amazing . There was nothing to much trouble . Im Not the best at making decisions so needed loads of help . Everything was just perfect from how the venue was set up to hair makeup (which I thought I didn't need but my photos are amazing so glad I did ) music and last but not least hannah and team ,our photographers . The whole team where amazing couldn't of wished for a more fantastic day . -

Working with Katharina and Spiros was amazing start to finish. Not only are they excellent planners, but they also brought the laughs. A brilliant team, they were able to provide fast solutions to anything that cropped up, and were always ready with options and suggestions - even regarding things that weren’t wedding related. My mother was ill on our trip a couple of days before the wedding, and they made sure to assist her with getting medical care asap, no questions.
I liked that they were fun, but professional, and kind but honest. You could tell they lived and breathed planning and how important it was to them to provide a special day no matter what. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
The icing on the cake for me was that the service didn’t stop after the planning - they were with us throughout the day and night, on hand for anything we might have needed. They brought fun and laugher to our special day and for that we are forever grateful.

They truly saved our wedding! After our original wedding planner let us down in the worst way possible, we were left with a week to plan our entire wedding from scratch.
We were devastated and didn't know where to turn…
From the moment we reached out to them, Spiros and Katherina went above and beyond to make sure our two event wedding was everything we had ever dreamed of. Despite the incredibly tight deadline, they managed to pull together the most beautiful and seamless event. They handled everything from coordinating with vendors to creating a stunning design concept.
The attention to detail was impeccable and every aspect of the wedding was beautifully executed. Katharina and Spiros are iextremely dedicated to ensuring that we had the perfect wedding experience. They worked tirelessly (literally day and night!) to bring our vision to life and were always available to answer our questions and address any concerns.
One of the things that impressed us most about them was their ability to handle the stress and pressure of planning a wedding on such a tight timeline and they always had a solution to any problem that arose. They literally know everyone everywhere and even the most stressful moments were fun!
On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch thanks to Spiros and Katherina's careful planning and attention to detail. They were there every step of the way to make sure everything ran smoothly, and they even went above and beyond to take care of little things we didn't even think of.

Where do we even begin?
Katharina and Spiros were a blessing to us. My husband and I were faced with bad weather forecast the day before our wedding. Katharina and Spiros were only supposed to deliver the chairs and other equipment we had rented from them. But instead they stepped up when they saw how stressed out my groom was trying to figure out how to have our outdoor wedding in the villa we rented when it was calling for heavy rain the entire day of our wedding. Kat and Spiros sprung into action calling venues that would host us and allow all our already booked vendors to join us. They also called our vendors to let them know that the venue changed. They worked so tirelessly the night before to have these all organised for us so last minute and they pulled it off.
The day of the wedding, the rain caused floods and landslides which inhibited some of our vendors to reach the new venue - including my bridal car and guests shuttle but they made it all happen. I stepped into the venue I have never seen before and cried immediately because it was more than we had ever dreamt of. It was beautiful, well decorated and the layout of everywhere was well planned. Kat and Spiros were amazing and we just cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make sure we had the day we wanted. So yes! Look no further, these guys are the only planners you need. -

I cannot thank Katharina and Spiros enough for putting our dream wedding to life. Planning a destination wedding from halfway across the world is no easy feat but Katharina and Spiros made everything so easy and less stressful; we were confident that our wedding would be amazing in their hands. Their attention to detail and organization made everything so seamless. They are kind, caring and honest with everything they do. They treated us like family and we can’t imagine what we’d do without them on this journey. We had everything planned by January 2020 and were sad to have to postpone due to the pandemic for 2021.
