We cannot recommend these wedding planners enough. They are truly extraordinary at what they do. From the first moment, they made us feel supported, understood, and cared for, and by the end of the process, we felt like we had gained family. Their attention to detail, creativity, and genuine passion made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable. Every moment was seamless, magical, and more beautiful than we ever imagined. My wife and I wanted to do a destination wedding in Crete and living in the US at the time, we understood the challenge and initially had some reservations of how the whole process would go. We had trouble finding a good fit for the right wedding planners when we began our search. Our first couple of planners didn’t go so well and eventually we were almost 8 months out with a wedding date - we had already told family and several of them booked flights and accommodations. We came across Royal Blue Luxury Events online and sent a request to see if they could pick up where the other planners left off and see if they could work with our set date! We had our first meeting with Royal Blue and immediately they brought the perfect energy we needed. Katharina and Spyros were professional, polite, and understanding of our situation. During the meeting, me and my wife could see their quirky and fun dynamic regarding how they can bring our wedding day to life and fit in where the other planners left off. From there we were off to the races. We left that first meeting with such confidence in this team that they could create the most special day of our lives come true. Throughout the process and moving to Europe during the planning process, Royal Blue was on top of the entire planning requirements. Assuring us all the time to trust their vision. Wedding week came and me and my wife, our whole family and friends were blown away at the care that this company had with setting up our wedding. It wasn’t just the event itself but the lead up. They came to our accommodation to see my wife getting her preparations done just to vibe check how she is doing and what alterations might need to be done for the ceremony. They took care of my sick mother who traveled all the way from the US to Greece, her first time ever out of the country just to make sure she saw her son get married. Above and beyond the level of care I would ever expect from a wedding planning company. Throughout the wedding, Royal Blue took care of everything so well that we didn’t need to think of anything. We were truly able to be in the moment and enjoy our day completely with no worries whatsoever. From the big moving pieces to tiny details or issues that came up suddenly, they were able to handle it all perfectly. By the end of it, through the shared tears (with the planners themselves) we felt like family. I recommend Royal Blue to anyone and everyone and I fully trust them to bring the life and love of what a wedding experience should be. Highly recommend!
Our wedding in July was truly unforgettable, thanks to Spiros and Katharina. From the very beginning, they felt like family and handled everything we threw at them with incredible grace and care. We couldn’t recommend them more and would choose them again in a heartbeat.
They helped us plan every detail, from a wonderful welcome event for our guests to the rehearsal, a breathtaking ceremony, and an unforgettable after-party. They even surprised us with thoughtful touches they planned themselves, including an incredible grand entrance by boat at the welcome event. We felt so loved and supported every step of the way. We miss them dearly and know we will always have a special place to return to because of them. -

Dream Team = Dream Wedding!!!!!!
We worked with Royal Blue Luxury Events to plan our wedding in Greece this past year, and from our very first conversation, we knew we were in the best hands. Katharina and Spiros are truly exceptional, and the entire team was just as incredible.
Planning a wedding from Boston to a remote area of Crete could have felt overwhelming, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, including so many things I would have never even thought of. The result was beyond anything we could have imagined — absolutely perfect.

Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but working with Katharina, Spiros and their team turned the entire experience into something enjoyable, seamless and unforgettable. From the very beginning, they made us feel not only supported but genuinely cared for. By the time our celebrations arrived, they felt like part of our family.
They helped us plan both our pre wedding party and our wedding day, and each event was executed beautifully. There were moments during planning when I worried that everything would not come together in time, but they were always there to reassure us, guide us and make sure every detail aligned with the vision we had for both events. They also suggested many wonderful vendors, which was incredibly helpful since I did not have many contacts or preferred vendors in Greece. Their ability to bring our vision to life without adding any stress was truly remarkable, and both events were everything we hoped for.
One of the most impressive parts of working with them was how flawlessly they coordinated the schedules of all our vendors. We had many moving parts and people going to different locations at the same time, and they managed all of it with complete professionalism. Because of them, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without a single worry.
Since returning home, many of our guests have mentioned how much they loved meeting Katharina and Spiros. They made a genuine impression on everyone with their warmth, kindness and positive energy.

Making our dream wedding come to life!
We are so happy we went with Royal Blue Luxury Events to plan our wedding in Crete. Katharina and Spiros were amazing and everything came together beautifully. We knew we wanted a smaller, more intimate ceremony and reception but as we were planning from abroad, we had no idea where to start. The team made everything easy. They have a lot of connections and were able to easily incorporate all our requests in their planning. Their attention to detail was incredible, everything from the decor to the ambiance was perfect. I don’t know where to even start, and I am unsure if I have the words that can explain what Royal Blue Luxury Events did for us to create memories that will last forever. They go above and beyond and that was felt by not only us but our guests as well. The week of our wedding the island was hit with a sandstorm that covered our venue in red sand, which they helped to turn round to make it perfect, the day of the wedding we also had an almighty thunderstorm just as the speeches started. Katharina, spiros and their team truly came to the rescue and did all they could to ensure the vibes and atmosphere we created with them was not ruined, and if anything it made it even better. For as long as I can remember, I have wanted a wedding in Greece. I had no other distinctive vision or plan, other than the fact that I wanted it to be in Greece... Although I have wedding planner friends in the USA, I felt it was imperative for us to work with planners who were not only familiar with Greek culture, but familiar with vendors, and who knew the hurdles needed to achieve an international wedding.
My husband and I had a different type of vision (beautiful buffet instead of a sit-down dinner and a night topped with midnight gyros), and Spiros and Katharina were not only up to the challenge, but by far surpassed all of our wildest dreams. We were so grateful for their attention to detail, generous nature (they even set up a traditional Greek bar for us and our guests in addition to the more conventional liquors), and candor in transactions with us and all vendors.
If I could share all of the photos from our wedding I would, but I wanted to at least include the items that they played such an integral part in to showcase their skills. From the setup of the venue to the flowers to the food and bartenders; it was stupendous. We look back on this day constantly with such awe and gratitude.
To add to the logistics, unbeknownst to us, we had booked the villa on Easter weekend, but it was yet another hurdle the team at Luxury Blue accomplished with ease. I cannot recommend them enough. We miss them and Greece every day; if you're trying to decide between this team and another planner, please book them. You will not be disappointed. They are prompt, very communicative, type A (which is not common), and will get it done honestly and without complication. Thank you again, Spiros and Katharina. We can't say enough good things about Katharina and Spiros, the amazing wedding planners who made our wedding in Greece this summer an unforgettable experience. My wife, Christina, and I live in Canada, so planning a destination wedding from abroad had its challenges. But Katharina and Spiros made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
From the start, their fluency in both English and Greek was an invaluable asset. They were able to clearly communicate our ideas to local suppliers, ensuring that our vision was perfectly understood. Their attention to detail was second to none, and they spent countless hours on Zoom with us during the year leading up to our big day, helping us shape every aspect of the celebration.
We had over 100 guests fly in from Canada, and Katharina and Spiros ensured that every detail was taken care of. They even helped us organize a pre-wedding party, an all-white themed event that set the tone and got everyone excited for the wedding two days later. It was the perfect warm-up for what turned out to be a magical celebration.
The wedding itself was beyond our wildest dreams. From the beautiful venue to the incredible food, everything was perfect. The fairy-tale setting with twinkling lights, combined with the professionalism of their team from Royal Blue Events, exceeded our expectations. They clearly have an extensive knowledge of the event planning business as they managed the entire day with such grace, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring our guests were well taken care of. It was the best day of our lives.

Katharina and Spiro have become 2 of our favorite people ever. What a duo! We instantly connected with them after just one call. We live in Canada so planning a wedding abroad was a bit stressful, but they made us feel SO confident that our day will be perfect, and it was more than perfect. It was magical. Not only are they extremely talented at wedding planning, they are also genuinely kind and amazing people. Where do we start, We had been working Katherine and Spiros at Royal Blue for over a year and they have been nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment of getting in touch with them to the final of the touches of the wedding they have been professional, helpful and a joy to work with.
They both as individuals are so knowledgeable, creative and are leaders in what they do.
Since we are from are from the UK, we have minimal knowledge on the process, suppliers and everything else needed to plan our dream wedding, Katharina and Spiros quickly put our mind at ease, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect.
Every little detail had been thought of. We cannot thank them enough and it is a day that we will never forget.
Spiros also went above and beyond to assist one of our family members with a medical issue that he did need to help with as this was isolated during our holiday and he helped sort swift assistance for them which is more than appreciated.

Wedding planners that treat you like family
I was lucky that when I found Royal Blue Luxury Events planners they had my date available because little did I know, they were so great! This team was born to do this. I had some ideas about the vision of my wedding and thought maybe I would have to scratch them because Crete is limited with resources but they never said no. They asked me what my vision was and exceeded my expectations. They don’t add unnecessary items and costs and even walked me through parts of the wedding planning process I didn’t know about (ex, an extra table for the vendors). They know how to make a venue sparkle and were great handling both my Greek and American guests. In the beginning, planning my wedding was a stressful thought but after working with Spiro and Katerina I felt so much better. The experience bonded us that now they feel like family. I am so lucky to have found them to plan my wedding. They genuinely get emotionally invested you can tell it’s as if their own family was getting married. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for any event and anyone who works with them I know will have a smooth and organized event! -

Working with Katharina and Spiros was amazing start to finish. Not only are they excellent planners, but they also brought the laughs. A brilliant team, they were able to provide fast solutions to anything that cropped up, and were always ready with options and suggestions - even regarding things that weren’t wedding related. My mother was ill on our trip a couple of days before the wedding, and they made sure to assist her with getting medical care asap, no questions.
I liked that they were fun, but professional, and kind but honest. You could tell they lived and breathed planning and how important it was to them to provide a special day no matter what. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
The icing on the cake for me was that the service didn’t stop after the planning - they were with us throughout the day and night, on hand for anything we might have needed. They brought fun and laugher to our special day and for that we are forever grateful.

Best wedding planners in crete
My husband and I can't thank Katherina and Spiros enough for everything they did on our wedding day. They honestly went above and beyond to make our day extra special. Planning a wedding abroad can be daunting but not with these guys. They are well connected in Greece with so much experience planning big and small weddings/events so, we knew we were in good hands.
They literally helped us plan everything and no ask was big enough. They reassured and gave us great advice every step of the way and on our wedding day, we sat back and just enjoyed it knowing Katharina and Sprios are taking care of everything. Our family and friends also recognised the amazing work they did on the day.

Where do we even begin?
Katharina and Spiros were a blessing to us. My husband and I were faced with bad weather forecast the day before our wedding. Katharina and Spiros were only supposed to deliver the chairs and other equipment we had rented from them. But instead they stepped up when they saw how stressed out my groom was trying to figure out how to have our outdoor wedding in the villa we rented when it was calling for heavy rain the entire day of our wedding. Kat and Spiros sprung into action calling venues that would host us and allow all our already booked vendors to join us. They also called our vendors to let them know that the venue changed. They worked so tirelessly the night before to have these all organised for us so last minute and they pulled it off.
The day of the wedding, the rain caused floods and landslides which inhibited some of our vendors to reach the new venue - including my bridal car and guests shuttle but they made it all happen. I stepped into the venue I have never seen before and cried immediately because it was more than we had ever dreamt of. It was beautiful, well decorated and the layout of everywhere was well planned. Kat and Spiros were amazing and we just cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make sure we had the day we wanted. So yes! Look no further, these guys are the only planners you need. -

Wedding In Crete
We came from the United States to plan our 1200 person wedding in Crete. We have 400 USA out of towners and 800 Greek locals in attendance.
Due to our circumstances we hired them 10 days before the wedding and they did not waste any time. They accomodated everything we wanted, from traditional Cretan ceremonies and dance groups to American decor and drinks, and made themselves available at any hour of the day.
In the end they planned three beautiful days ( day before the wedding dinner, wedding church and reception, farewell dinner), us and our guests were blown away.
Spiro and Katherina are the most amazing and professional planners and coordinators we have worked with, they are true gems.
Plus they are multi lingual, the are fluent in English and Greek which helped tremendously! -

You Won’t Find Harder Working Wedding Planners
My husband and I had very vague criteria for our wedding. We chose an island in Greece (Milos) and gave Katharina and Spiros our budget. They planned EVERYTHING...music, schedule, flowers, caterer, favors etc. We had about 50 people fly from the states to Milos and Katharina and Spiros greeted all of them upon their arrival and ensured they got to their accommodations and helped with all of our guests needs during their stay (rental cars, beer etc.) They went above and beyond for us in every way and were always available at any moment of the day with questions. We quickly became friends and even visited them in Crete after our wedding. Hiring Royal Blue and their team was the only way our wedding was successful - coordinating 50 out-of-towners is no easy task - and they do this for weddings in the hundreds.
