JNJFLORALS was absolutely amazing! Jessica captured my floral vision immediately. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Even when I called a week before my wedding requesting more boutonnieres, they accommodated all my requests. I can't say how happy and pleased I am that I went with JNJFLORALS for my wedding! I will definitely be using them again for my next event.

We hired JnJ florals for our three day Indian wedding. Jessica did give a good pricing and was very responsive initially, however as we got closer to wedding date, and especially after full payment was made, her attitude changed. She became less responsive. Every time I tried to talk to her about details, she would just postpone and say that she has another client meeting and she cannot talk at this time as " she is too busy". Our contract with JNJ specifically requested and stated the length of drapings, but last minute she decided to use shorter drapings to save on her cost, which made the entire hall look very tacky and unfortunately our pictures and videos did not come out as well as we wanted. Her team made several mistakes; they forgot to put the gold border on my dance floor for reception, they forgot to wrap my wedding stage properly. All these made a huge impact on pictures, videos and the flow of my ceremony. I would say attention to details is not her strong suit. Jessica always seemed in a rush. Worst part is her professionalism. She is also not a vendor who takes criticism well. When I inquired about all the above issues we had at our wedding, she ignored my message, made excuses and did not take accountability. I wish I had gone with another vendor for my decor for my dream day. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
