I was extremly pleased with the service here at JM Photography! Jen is the best photographer I've ever used. As a bride I was worried about things such as quality, price and organisation. Jen provided all of those for me. She is by far the kindest and most uiniqe photographer that I've ever used. I'm going to keep using JM Photography in the future for all pictures. By doing this I know I am getting the best value and service. I'd strongly suggest JM Photography to any bride and groom who are looking for quality and value!

I was extremely pleased with the service and my photographs! Jennifer is so personable. She made the experience very enjoyable. She is an excellent photographer. I loved that she took the traditional photos and did the traditional poses, but also really went the extra mile to make sure that I would have unique pictures of the special day. I recieved my photographs in a very reasonable amount of time, and the edits are absolutely gorgeous! I would absolutely reccomend her to anyone who is looking for a wonderful photographer!

I used JM Photographic Arts for my wedding and engagement photos, I loved them! Jen was so awesome at getting us to relax in front of the camera and really enjoy the shoots. We got everything we needed in our packages at a really great price. During the wedding, she was everywhere! There are photographs that I had no idea were taken, and would have totally missed out on moments had she not been there to capture them. I would definately recommend Jen for your wedding photography, she's the best!

Jenn showed up for our wedding but then never produced anything. she is not returning email or phone calls. only one taken here was us! left with not one photo from her, not even raw images on disk as promised. sorry for the day i met her. could have done us the favor and not even showed up! at least would have known then she was a scam and could've had our guests take more photos. finding out now i'm not the only one.

Due yourself a favor,do not use Jen McPhearson and do some more research about this individual. She did show up for our June wedding and took wedding photos but we finally received half of our photos and dvd's five months later.I noticed someone else who had a June wedding received the same treatment we did. We received two e-mails from her in those 5 months and not a single phone call was taken and we called at least 50 times on all 3 phones. We finally had no choice but to take this matter into litigation with the court system. I guess sending a certified letter sparked something in her to send us at least half of our pictures with many duplicates and 65 of them were our rings. To judge her character even more she did not even show up to the court to defend herself in which the judge ruled her lack of photos in our favor. The most important thing here is that this is your wedding day a day that should be cherished and this experience with this photographer left my wife and I with many disappointed feelings. The time alone cannot be replaced neither can your wedding photos but your dollars can so take them to a reputable photographer that has great reviews and feedback from the customers.

Jennifer MacPherson is a scam artist. She showed up for our wedding, shot the photography, and then never sent us our photography package (which was only a digital package, no prints). She ignores phone calls and emails. We are the 3rd couple in Rochester NY who have hearings scheduled for the claims court. We are in touch with one of those Rochester couples and with six other couples who are also dealing with this same issue who were married last year in Michigan.
