Exceptional Guidance and Support!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the invaluable guidance and support we received from Jillian during our premarital sessions! Jillian's approach to counseling was professional and compassionate. She took the time to listen to us individually, understanding the unique perspectives that we will bring to our future marriage. She gently guided us through discussions that we may have otherwise avoided, encouraging honesty and vulnerability. That was very powerful for my fiancé and I. We have become closer to each other due to the conversations facilitated by Jillian. I cannot recommend her enough!

Building a foundation for our marriage

My wife and I started coaching with Jillian shortly after our wedding, not because anything was wrong, but because we wanted to start married life right. Jillian is helping us to build a strong foundation for our marriage, by coaching us to see each other more clearly and to share our feelings with one another; she creates a safe space for us and is clearly on the side of our marriage. Many sessions we came to Jillian with some sort of disagreement we didn't know how to work though, and ended the session with a better understanding of each other and having fallen deeper in love.

Born in Los Angeles, I came to Chicago to pursue my schooling, and never left! I am passionate about offering pre-marital and relationship coaching given the statistic that 41% of couples get divorced, and even higher for subsequent marriages. There is a need for couples to learn how to communicate, grow together, and build a vision for their life together. I have worked as a coach and therapist teaching these skills for over 20 years.

My credentials include a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Northwestern University, a Masters in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago, and a Masters in Transformational Leadership and Coaching from Wright Graduate University. I hold a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation.
