My husband loves his ring! I was able to get a much better deal online with Jewelry Vortex than I could get in any physical store. I did not have to make a return but it appeared that it was very easy to do so if necessary.

We ordered my husbands ring about a month before the wedding day. It arrived approximately 7-10 business days later. The ring was made with quality and was exactly as we expected. We had to return the ring after the wedding to exchange for a 1/2 size smaller and had no problems. Taxes and shipping and handling were not charged on the transaction.

I have been waiting over a mounth to revive a Ron that I had ordered for valentines day and have yet to receive it. It is almost Easter and the wait is getting rediculous. I called and they said they lost it and they would send a new one but I and still waiting to receive it.
