My fiance and his family have been friends with the business owners for years now. His Mom only does business with Jeweler's 3, not only because they offer great deals, but because they are so helpful and knowledgeable. When it came time for my fiance to buy my ring, he knew exactly which place he wanted to purchase it from. I obviously was not there, but the story goes that my fiance went to Jeweler's 3 to find an engagement ring and wedding ring for me. He showed them pictures of what he was basically looking for (got the pictures off my pinterest!) . They were able to match up a ring pretty close to the pictures he had. Of course I fell in love with the ring immediately when my fiance proposed. But our business with them doesn't stop there.
I went to Jeweler's 3 to meet the guys that sold my fiance my ring and to also sell some old jewelry that was collecting dust. They cleaned my ring for me for free, and offered me a good deal on the jewelry I had brought with me to sell. I walked away from the store very happy. When my fiance and I go to visit family in Hoover, we always stop by Jeweler's 3, we just wouldn't want to do business with anyone else!
