Jess - we are speechless. She is incredibly talented, so fun, so kind. She was punctual (early) on our wedding day and she and her second shooter went straight to work. They kept us laughing and smiling all day, and allowed us space for all the emotions you feel on wedding day. Her encouragement from behind the camera made it easy to capture the most beautiful shots. She effectively directed our wedding party and family members for photos - and even wrangled a few overtired toddlers for a nice shot! We were so comfortable with her all day. Communicating with her before the wedding was seamless - she sent a survey and followed our shot list so we have every photo we wanted. AND we had the privilege of working with Jess three times - our engagement photos, our bridal shower, and our wedding. We cannot wait to continue our relationship with Jess in the future. Jess is absolutely amazing! We met Jess when she was photographing the double wedding a few years back. We were able to work with her directly and just see how amazing she truly is first hand. A few weeks later, we got engaged and we knew instantly that we needed to hire Coral Compass Photo Co for our wedding. After we confirmed our wedding venue and date, Jess was the next vendor on our list. Jess is so responsive we were confirming contracts and payments on Thanksgiving that year. The next time we saw Jess was for our engagement photos and both of us were nervous about it because neither of us had done professional photos together before. Fast forward to our wedding day, Jess and Allie did a fantastic job! She made sure to let me know when she was on the way and when she arrived she made sure the boys had their act together first. It’s like she knew that thought was in my head as we were all getting ready. We had a previously planned timeline but she was so flexible in the order of getting ready photos and detail shots. Then it was time for my first look to my dad and she executed that flawlessly capturing such a special moment with my dad. The rest of the day was so relaxing and Jess made sure we captured everything we discussed and more. During our group photos our venue let the horses out for the night. Jess was absolutely on board with taking a detour so that we could capture even more photos with the herd of horses. The best part is Jess and Allie captured moments that I didn’t even think they saw and I was beyond happy to see them in our album. When she delivered our full album, I was speechless. I loved every photo and we have even joked that we need to just print all of them and make wallpaper of them. Each photo is unique and shows the best versions of us on such a memorable day. The first thing we did after our engagement was reach out to Jess and book her for our wedding. We didn’t know where (or maybe even when) the wedding would be, but we knew we wanted Jess to document our special day. We met Jess many years ago at a family members wedding, we loved not only her photography style, but her personality and ability to work calmly and confidently with the bridal party and family. Jess was so organized and well prepared. She asked all the right questions and made sure we were prepared for our wedding weekend. Jess also came a night early to photograph our rehearsal dinner. She then stayed late to snag a few photos of our newborn nephew. Jess goes above and beyond in all aspects of her work and we are so happy with the final product, our beautiful wedding photos that we will cherish for life!

Jess is nothing short of amazing! My husband and I were not sure what to expect for our engagement photos, but as soon as we started Jess made us feel so comfortable and had us laughing the whole time! Jess is just amazing. You can see that her photographs are just beautiful, she's a master of capturing and harness the perfect light for the shot, but she's also just plain fun to work with. She made this self conscious bride feel so comfortable in front of her camera- and that shows in the pictures. She's also very professional- stayed with us during our 465 days of rescheduling our wedding (thanks Covid), kept us in the loop, throughout the process and never dropped any balls. I was blown away by how quickly we got our proofs, and how beautiful every shot was, from posed first look shots to candids of old friends tearing up at the ceremony, Jess' pictures really captured our day (and made this old bride look and feel like a princess). I can not recommend her highly enough...I've already told her, she's getting a call when we do a vow renewal. =)

I looked at a lot of photographers before committing because it’s a big investment. Immediately, I knew I wanted Jess - she was the only photographer to ask about me and my fiancé. She developed an excellent rapport with my now husband and I and made the whole engagement and wedding day shoots easy and comfortable. My husband and I had never done any sort of professional photos before and were a little nervous but Jess was great at settling us and directing us for amazing pictures. One of my favorite things is during her dinner “break,” Jess worked diligently to edit some sneak peaks so while I wait for my full gallery, I already have a beautiful handful of pictures to stare at and share!
