Chevelle is simply amazing. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her work. I’m planning a destination wedding, and she is taking all of the hard work off my hands! From background information including various resorts & spa’s to details surrounding the current pandemic: COVID19. While it is a stressful time for all of us, Chevelle has never compromised her professionalism! I cannot wait for my big day!

We contacted JEK Travels last year in January inquiring about a destination wedding to the Caribbean. I ended up working withChevelle who was very knowledgeable in every aspect of planning the group wedding. She asked a lot of questions so she could select the best resort that was affordable to everyone in the group. We talked about the resort terms and conditions policies that included cancellation penalties if we cancel for the group. Chevelle went on to explain the services that JEK Travels offered and the vacation planning fee. Everything looked good and entered into the wedding contract. We had the wedding planned for July 25, 2020. With Covid we were uncertain and decided to change the dates to 2021. Chevelle explained the cancellation penalties if we canceled and she suggested we change the dates and all the money paid will be transferred to the new dates. Not once was I stressed out as I knew we were working with a professional that works day in and out with the resorts.

The wedding and honeymoon was amazing. It was a smooth process from start to finish with no issues.
