Jeannie Vincent Makeup Artistry is a professional makeup artist based on Nantucket, Massachusetts. Jeannie has over 16 years of experience in the beauty industry, and prides herself on her ability to make you look and feel absolutely gorgeous. She brings an upbeat, positive attitude to her work that will make you feel comfortable on your big day.

Experience
This passionate makeup artist moved to Boston from Naples, Florida around 15 years ago. In New England, she started her makeup journey, studying at Fresh and Follain. In 2015, she was awarded “Boston’s Best” for makeup artistry by Improper Bostonian. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Boston Globe, Boston Magazine and more. In 2017, Jeannie began studying the esthetics of skincare, and is now a Reiki 2 practitioner.

In addition to applying makeup for weddings, Jeannie has used her skills for photo shoots, film, fashion shoots and more. She considers herself a leader in “clean” beauty, and uses only healthy beauty products. Jeannie offers consultations and makeup trials so you figure out your vision for your big day. Wedding day on Nantucket for 7 girls

Jeannie is just the best. The sweetest, professional, talented and funniest; such a great addition to your wedding day! She did make up for 7 women of various ages for my wedding and everyone raved about her! She is such a nice calming but fun presence for your wedding day and you will be so happy you booked her! Thank you Jeannie!!!

Jeannie is incredible

Jeannie is an incredible make up artist! She makes everyone - and I mean EVERYONE - look like an elevated version of themselves. Her approach to makeup is natural (though I am sure she can do more daring, too! She is so skilled!) and elegant and I felt like the very best version of me on my wedding day thanks to her.

The process was also seamless thanks to Jeannie - she recommended a hair stylist when I was having trouble finding one - and she was encouraging and joyful every step of the planning process.

Moreover, she has an incredibly calming presence and energy about her that made such a difference for our wedding morning. You spend a lot of time with your hair & make up team on the wedding morning and there is no one I’d rather have spent it with! I am so thankful to her.

Jeannie made my mom and me feel comfortable & look beautiful

Jeannie was just the best. Have & will continue to recommend her to anyone. We had a smaller than planned wedding during Covid (only 14 ppl total) so everyone around us was a big part of the wedding vibe. Jeannie did my bride makeup, my 2 maids, and my mom. Jeannie is someone that radiates positive vibes and works well with anyone. She's respectful, flexible, very covid-safe (but doesn't make it feel as sterile as she is), and I felt incredible thanks to her. Jeannie did my 70 yo mom's makeup and she's one of those "ive never had a manicure" people. My mom was comfy and looked gorgeous. I was freaking out and nervous and Jeannie had me turn away from the chaos, rolled a jade roller over my chest, and had me take deep breaths---even though i was behind schedule and sweating/crying. She ensured I enjoyed the whole experience.
She packed up a fixer kit of lipstick/concealer/liner/sponge/etc for my MOH to touch up if i needed and gave me the entire brand new brush set she used on me- in a travel kit I still use.
I cannot recommend her enough.

There's no one better

Not only did Jeannie make me look like my absolute best self on my wedding day, but she was such a calming, nurturing, grounding force on a very emotional day. She made me feel as gorgeous as I looked (her doing, not mine 😉).

Beautify Magician

Oh I can’t recommend Jeannie enough! She was so lovely to communicate with leading up to my wedding day and totally nailed my makeup AND hair dreams! And let me just say, taming my wild locks was no easy feat. Plus she was so calm under pressure and allowed me to really savor those moments of calm and quiet before being hurled into the wedding day. Honestly the saddest part of the entire day was having to wash her beautiful work off my face at the end of the night. Wish I could have this talented woman make me look so beautiful every day xo

Bridal makeup

Jeannie Vincent was wonderful! She did my makeup for my summer wedding, as well as my mom's makeup. I don't think my makeup has every looked better. My mom also felt the same. Jeannie was professional, easy going, and made us feel really beautiful! Highly recommend Jeannie.

We loved working with Jeannie!

Another reviewer said Jeannie brings a calming energy and it’s true! All of my bridesmaids fell in love with her and the make-up she did. Each girl had a unique look that she complimented, so they felt like their best and most beautiful self. Importantly, I had range of skin tones as my bridesmaids were black, Puerto Rican, and white. No challenge for Jeannie at all! I also have a 16 year old step daughter, who doesn’t love make-up. And she could not stop staring and smiling at herself in the mirror after Jeannie finished her make-up. Jeannie is gem! Talented, knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

Jeannie is the best.

Jeannie was so wonderful to work with. She is not only incredibly talented as a makeup artist, but the experience of having her do your makeup is just somehow very serene and calming and also she does a wonderful job. The getting ready part of my wedding day was one of my favorite parts of the day, partially because my mom and my bridal party all loved working with Jeannie who brought such a calming energy to what can be a stressful time for many. I also love the products that she uses and she has great recommendations for natural/organic skincare & makeup options. The best!!

Jeannie was the make-up artist for my wedding in Boston. She easily navigated the craziness of the wedding morning, and she lent such a sense of artistry, expertise and professionalism to everything she did. Our make-up lasted all day and night and looked so wonderful both in person and in the initial photos that we've gotten to see so far. Jeannie was also so warm and flexible to work with for both the make-up trial and the wedding weekend. No concerns. She is fantastic.

Cannot say enough good things about Jeannie. She does an amazing job at making you look natural and beautiful on your wedding day. She will never make you look like you have too much make up on. She is the sweetest to work and is there to help make for a calm and organized day. Multiple of my friends have booked her since my wedding and they all have the same rave review.
