If you want a photographer who takes beautiful photos that you may never actually receive, then wow—have I found the perfect match for you.
I got married six months ago, which in normal human time is… well, six months. But in her time, apparently that wasn’t enough to even begin delivering my gallery. Meanwhile, couples who got married long after me are out here posting their photos like they’re in the express lane of some secret photography club.
I’ve reached out multiple times, and every time I get a new, creative reason for the delay. At this point, I’m half expecting the next excuse to be, “Your photos are currently on a spiritual journey.”
The sad part? The photos I did see looked amazing. I’d love to confirm that with the rest of them, but alas—I can only assume they’re being guarded by dragons or undergoing a very intense editing ritual.
If you enjoy waiting, being ignored, or living in suspense, this is your photographer. If you’d like your wedding photos back sometime this decade and not in a nursing home… maybe keep looking.

Jeanne has always had positive reviews, however she claims that she will get pictures back to you in a reasonable amount of time. This however is not the case. She will make you wait longer than 4 months before you ever get any kind of photos back unless you absolutely beg. Nobody should ever have to wait that long. And photos still aren’t back to the bride yet. Meanwhile people who she has photographed other weddings for have gotten their pictures back in a month. She is a joke of a photographer. It is extremely unprofessional. Do not go to her. She is weird and mind you does not take into consideration any of the brides concerns. You are better hiring someone with a kodak disposable film camera than her raggedy self.
