Jax Café, it's owner Bill Kozlack, his General Manager Mike Bazewicz, and all their staff did a wonderful job. They were able to make many last minute changes and responded very quickly. The staff there are made us feel very welcome and many even signed our guestbook. At Jax you're more than just another customer.

During dinner, my bride and I said "This is the BEST party ever - and it's OURS!". Jax went above and beyond in making this a dream wedding. That's how my wife describes it. Food was fantastic (as it always is at Jax); the servers were spot on; the bartenders friendly; the room itself was setup perfectly. We hired a 5 piece Jazz band with singer, and Jax got the dance floor setup with plenty of room for the band and guests dancing. The ceremony held on the patio was perfect. Every photo was framed in flowers and greenery. I can't express how much this evening meant to me. Every guest, every family member, and even the BAND, said what a great time they had. Jax Cafe - you're first class, always have been, always will be.

This venue is amazing! We just had our wedding there on June 11th and had the most amazing time! The venue is perfect for approximately 150 guests! It's so charming with a classic feel. We didn't have to do a lot of decorating because the space already speaks for itself. The outdoor ceremony space is not the traditional space, but more of a garden party vibe that made it interesting and a great place to take photos. Once we were done with the ceremony, guests went upstairs for the reception. We had extra kids and arrive and the staff was willing to set them right up! The banquet team is very flexible and were willing to work with us on all accounts. Don't let me forget about the food! The food was just simply delicious and the desserts were even better!

Our reception at Jax was outstanding! We lucked out having Jane as an event coordinator----she is very professional and made sure all of our needs were met. The food was served promptly and to die for! And right outside the restaurant on the first floor is a beautiful garden with statues and a pond----perfect for pictures!!!

Jax cafe was absolutely fantastic! Jane is a professional and it shows! She has so much experience, nothing surprises her- she can handle anything! She is laid-back and easy going. She puts you at ease! I gave her all of the details and she executed everything perfectly. She was very responsive and I had no doubts that things would go smoothly leading up to the big day. She is a joy to work with!

She let us come into the Cosmopolitan room a couple of days before to practice our dance on the floor. They also let us bring in the decorations the day before to store them. They set up all of the decorations for us. They made everything incredibly easy and low stress. When I asked Jane about when we needed to turn off the music and pack up, she basically said "whenever"!

The ambiance at Jax Cafe is also great- you almost don't need to decorate! Very elegant. And in early spring they have hundreds of tulips out in the backyard/garden!! Perfect photo opportunity! Just beautiful.

Jax Cafe is the definition of quality, responsive, professional, value, and flexibile. I have zero complaints. I highly recommend Jax Cafe!

Very good food with great service

We had a small garden wedding on the patio for about 40. We had cocktails and appetizers passed until we began our service. I was not worried if it rained...the patio was covered for this amount of people or we would have had the service upstairs. After the ceremony we had dinner for about 150 upstairs. We started with a cocktail hour and appetizers following by dinner. The staff were incredible! They know how to serve 150 people. They are professionals. I had an open bar for part of the time. They worked closely with my budget and we had NO surprises. One of the big reasons I picked Jax was for their food. It was great! I found out later, I picked it for the service, ambiance and value as well! The patio was beautiful! A local magazine did a story on our wedding because of how beautiful the setting was!

We had our Groom's dinner at Jax. They had just had a fire, but you wouldn't have known it. They have a beautiful facility, wonderful service, and wonderful food. I have visited Jax for other events and dinners prior and after ours and each visit has been wonderful.
