One of the most important aspects of a wedding is stellar photos and Jan Press delivered. We worked with Lou for our Engagement Shoot and Wedding. Lou got to know us as a couple and made us feel comfortable and at ease on both occasions. Even though our Engagement shoot on the waterfront was one of the coldest days of the year, the photos came out to perfection. We trusted Lou with his suggestions to get the perfect shots and he did! On our wedding day, Lou captured all the feelings we felt and so many special moments. Lou went above and beyond all our requested shots to include all family and friends. His expertise and energy from the beginning of the day to the last moment was beyond impressive. We used Jan Press photography for our wedding in August 2016. The photogrpher, Lou P., was our main point of contact - a true professional. Very easy to work with - we were able to customize a package that fit our budget and desires. The wedding day was a very long, hot day, but Lou (and videographer Bill) remained focused, energetic and pleasant throughout the event - and the resulting photos and video were outstanding. Members of the Press family were equally professional and accomodating as they became involved in the photo selection/editing process for both the wedding album, full-length video, and video "trailer." They listened to our own ideas and vision, and collaborated with us as partners in creating the finished products. Based on what I've heard from other newlyweds, the timeline for completing everything was average - which is fine - if anything, the delays in the process were due to our own changes, indecisiveness, procrastination etc. A pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend Jan Press photography for weddings or any other events/occasions.

Working with Lou and Raime was an absolute pleasure. They were courteous, professional and yet quick and the results were immaculate. Used for engagement and wedding photos. Can't recommend highly enough. Knew everyone's names in like 5 minutes which is a feat in itself.

We absolutely LOVED how our pictures came out! Raime and Shawn did such a fantastic job capturing the best day of our lives and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!!
