The first time my partner and I saw Jana's images, we knew we wanted her to shoot our wedding. The photos she produces are so beautiful and unique--we knew with her, we'd be getting pictures we'd love for years to come. Beyond that, though, we were struck by how amazing Jana is to work with. As a photographer myself, photos are really important to me. Some of the qualities that I look for when choosing a photographer are photo quality and composition, fun personality, and professionalism. When it was time for my family to have my maternity photos done, Jana was the perfect fit for us! She was really creative and knew how to position us perfectly for our photos.

I think It's more important to click with the people you shoot than to click the shutter to some degree. Jana is awesome with both and it shows. Her photography reflects her - simply beautiful, creative and relaxed. Jana managed to exceed what we had in mind, — since we eloped, and were married on an absolutely freezing day, in a flying potato, in hand-made outfits, our judge and a dude we grabbed to be a witness. Then Jana went that extra mile + driving downtown in a snowstorm to capture even more magic at the ACE. 20 stars really isn't enough. Coolio.

Jana is beyond words, a wonderful photographer and person. We had never had professional photos done before we were planning our wedding. When i first met Jana, I had no idea what I was getting into. She seemed like a friend I had known forever, very personable and professional. She was willing to travel quite a distance to make sure our engagement photos were perfect. She is very knowledgeable on various things such as lighting, shading, angles, natural poses, colors that look best with scenery just to name a few.
