they were a perfect touch for our wedding day! the staff/drivers were very nice and very helpful ! they were also a little bit early which was a big plus!

I was very impressed with all their limos. Each of our 3 limos were spotless and fresh. The limo drivers are very nice and so helpful. My driver made sure I stayed dry walking me to and from the limo in the rain and also followed my into the church and fluffed out my dress! You get 110% from them. I couldn't have been happier.

We only needed one limo to take my dad and me to the church, then my hubby and I to the reception. We chose James limo because we had dealt with them before and knew there would be no issues. They were timely and polite.

Nothing to complain. The driver was very professional, and since we had to due a venue change the day of, they were very flexible. Respectiful and taken care of.

My husband & I hired James Limousine Service for our wedding, and we were generally pleased. We used 2 limos (a white stretch limo that arrived my location and a blue stretch limo that arrived my hubby's location). My driver was punctual and greeted me w/ a friendly smile & sweet smelling rose. The limo was immaculate w/ a small variety of refreshments to enjoy, but the one slight disappointment is my limo driver forgot to bring the red carpet w/ him. He apologized and drove to his office to pick-up the red carpet. It was fine in the end b/c we arrived the ceremony location timely, but by the driver forgetting to bring the red carpet included w/ the package and needing me to remind him, I was unable to give this company a higher rating. Also, my husband told me that his driver took a longer, unnecessary route that made them arrive the ceremony location a little later than scheduled. It wasn't the end of the world for us, but it surely would have been nice if the limo arrived before our ceremony was supposed to start! Overall, the service was okay, but certainly there were areas that needed to be fine tuned.

The limo bus and driver were fantastic. They arrived early and we had no problems with them. However, we also scheduled a shuttle from the hotel to the reception to run for two hours before and two hours after the reception. They stopped shuttling after only an hour and a half which left several guests stranded and they had to call a cab. They also took they incredibly out of the way route, causing their round trips to nearly triple the timeframe. Again, they left many guests, including me and my husband, waiting for a very long time after the reception but they did work longer than the two hours after the wedding to ensure that everyone had a ride. I would recommend that you clearly outline all expectations for the shuttle service and get everything in writing.
