My husband and I got married in September and we have the most incredible wedding photos from the day thanks to Jackie. We are so incredibly thankful for her and all that she did to be there for us throughout our entire wedding process. Jackie has given us the most priceless gift, when we look at our photos we see so much joy and love. She captured ALL of the perfect moments between my husband and I and all of the people that we love the most. I especially love all of the black and white photo edits and the candids she got of our guests during cocktail hour and throughout the rest of the night. Myself, the groom, the wedding party and our families loved spending the day with Jackie, she made everyone feel so comfortable and stress free. She kept us on time and got every single requested photo so quickly that we had so much time to enjoy our cocktail hour. I had complete trust in her to capture the feeling of the day and she went above and beyond all expectations. I can’t wait to continue working with her!!!

Hiring Jackie to photograph our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made for our day. Not only is she an incredible photographer, she was an absolute joy to spend our morning with. She kept us stress free and laughing, which really set the tone for our entire day. Our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful she was. It doesn’t happen often that I’m made speechless but that’s the only way I can express how I felt about our wedding day and working with Jackie, Katie, and Bryndon. I’ve been lucky enough to know Jackie since attending high school but I have never been able to truly see her talent first hand until it was my turn to tie the knot! From the very beginning she was professional, accommodating, supportive, responsive, and so incredibly understanding of our crazy families. We live in Las Vegas and while planning our wedding long distance had it’s challenges, communicating and coordinating times for a meeting in person and the day of wedding timeline was a seamless and easy process.
From the moment Jackie and her team arrived in the suites I felt an instant sense of calm. I was at complete ease the entire day knowing that I had Jackie by my side to keep everything running smooth and everyone in line! I had a preview of pictures a mere 4 days after our wedding and I am completely obsessed! I can’t wait for the rest of the photos and our highlights video! I wish I could convey my happiness with JacPfef better over words. Reality is that she is fantastic. She shot my sister's wedding and I loved her as a person (comfort with photographer is important) and I loved her pictures. So I got her to travel to Florida to shoot my wedding. First, I kept forgetting that she was the photographer and not a member of the bridal party. Second, while my husband and I are not good at one on one shots (we don't like attention and just don't do a lot of pics), she was able to get quite a number of good 'posed' shots of us, she made the shots more natural and adapted to our personalities. Also she took so many pictures, and they covered everything. Looking over the pictures she sent us was more than just reliving the memories of the night, it also allowed me to see that night from another perspective which was both heartfelt and (given my bridal party) quite hysterical. Jackie, you are awesome, I want to be your best friend and I could never get another photographer cause they will never be as good as you.

Previous comments talk about her communication time, this is my take on that: while over email sure it wasn't a 24 hr response time, then again it never had to be (8 months before the wedding a 24 hr response is not critical). If I ever really wanted to talk to her I could've just called her. So I never had a problem with her communication. She reached out to me when she needed more info from me (which was good cause I had no idea what I was doing). So I thought her communication was spot on and her results were fantastic.

great service and great photographer!

I used Jackie's Pfotobooth for my wedding at Hunter Mountain on July 11th. All of my guests had such an amazing time! It is an open photobooth so you can get lots of people in there, which makes it way more fun. Our guests received two strips with four photos, one strip to keep and the other we had them put into the guestbook. The booth comes with an attendant that runs the booth the whole night and lots of fun props. The photos are so much higher quality than your typical photo booth, and afterwards the owner, Jackie, gives you an online album of all the photos. At first my fiance told me he wasn't sure if we needed to get one, then during the wedding he told me MANY times how happy he was that we did it because it was such a hit! If you are also undecided about your wedding photos, Jackie is an incredible wedding photographer as well. You will be very happy if you go with this company.

My husband and I truly had a great connection with Jackie. She made us feel so comfortable, well as comfortable as you can be with a camera :) We used her for our engagement session and the wedding and I cannot tell you how many compliments we got about the shots she captured! She is creative, professional and contagiously friendly. She loves what she does and it shows in her work!

Jackie is a wonderful photographer and person! My husband and I are not the most photogenic people (to put it nicely) but she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, both during our engagement photos, and the day of the wedding. When we got our photos both of us - as well as our families - were thrilled with them. We have already had newly engaged friends ask for Jackie's information and we are more than thrilled to recommend her for the quality of her work. I will say though, she occasionally will take a while (more than a day or two) to get back to you, which you should know going in. We used her with her partner photographer, and his photos were equally wonderful. Given our budget, JacPfef photography felt like a splurge, but we both feel like it was worth every penny - to give you an idea we paid for just the two photographers and non-watermarked digital file copies of all the photos, our cost did not include prints or albums.

Be prepared to wait for your photos and good luck contacted Jackie. She ignores all communication.
