Easily some of the best money we spent on our wedding. Janine is fantastic. We had a destination wedding in the Florida Keys, so good communication was important for us when selecting vendors. Janine was available via phone call or text whenever we had questions. She scheduled multiple calls with us to discuss the timeline of our day, music selections for each part of the ceremony and reception, and even offered suggestions for our specific venue (Islamorada Fish Company) since she had prior experience at the site.

For music selections, Janine built a playlist based on our preferences. We prepared a list of “must play” songs, and she filled the rest of the time with genres and artists that fit perfectly with our original list. She checked in with us during cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception to ensure we were happy with the music. Throughout the night, she made adjustments to the playlist that encouraged our guests to stay on the dance floor. Janine is really good at playing the right songs at the right time to keep the party going. Several of our guests told us it was the most fun they’ve ever had at a wedding reception.

Pricing is very fair and straightforward. Pick the package that includes your desired services, and you’re done. So much easier than the “a la carte” pricing used by other DJs in the area. Her equipment is excellent. Sound and lighting exceeded our expectations.

Simple Amazing! Janine is so easy to work with and is fantastic about communicating with the couple to ensure the day is perfect.

We asked my nephew to play his guitar when I walked down the isle and not only did Janine ensure he had everything he needed, but she also worked with me to have a back up in case there were any issues.

Janine is amazing!! Not only is she a bomb.com DJ but she’s the sweetest person and so easy to talk to. I was so excited to have found a woman DJ and thought it was the coolest thing EVER!! Janine let me create my own playlist and helped me with my timeline for the evening. I would go up to the DJ booth several times and ask her to play a specific song (hoping I wasn’t bothering her lol) but I wasn’t and she didn’t mind at all. She played every song I requested. We danced the night away and I wish I could relive it all over again. I didn’t want the night to end. The music and dancing was by far my favorite part of the night. My family and I had a blast and my husband and I are so honored that we got to have Janine as our DJ for such a special day. Janine you are truly a delight. ❤️ We couldn’t have picked a more perfect person to be our DJ!

If I could give a 1000 stars I would. Janine is a great DJ and the sweetest person to work with. She communicated with us every step of the way and was super responsive. She made sure our party never stopped and mixed all of the music perfectly. From the music for our ceremony , to cocktails, to our dinner/ dance everything was magical !!!

Janine was hands down the most amazing DJ to work with. She really cares about making sure tour event is what you want it to be. When we arrived to the venue, I told my coordinator that the DJ should be setting up shortly and she said "Oh, she's been here. She's already set up." That sums up everything anyone needs to know. Janine came up to introduce herself right after, reviewed the plan we had discussed in our phone calls, and let us know what to expect. The music for our ceremony and reception went exactly as expected and requested and Janine checked in frequently throughout the evening; She felt like a member of our invited guests, not a just vendor. My wife and I have talked several times since our wedding about how happy we were with our decision to hire J9 to do the music for our wedding. From the first emails to the phone consultations, Janine was professional and committed to making our day exactly what we wanted even down to committing to bilingual announcements for our Cuban-American celebration. Janine was the best DJ ever she had all of our guests dancing and I was told by multiple people that “it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to.” She made the best playlist for the kind of music my friend and family liked.
